Both sofas were too soft and little support. Honestly I would change them.

It was ideal for 2 couples. The kitchen and living open plan area very modern and clean.

Struggling to find any negatives other than we all found the apartment to be very warm and the windows didn't open. There were fans available through out the apartment though.

Apartment was immaculate. Great base for our walking. Kitchen facilities were great. The seating area and beds were really comfortable. Has no issues with the self check in as clear instructions were given for entering the building and apartment.

A few easily fixed housekeeping issues prevent this property getting a 5* review. Oven and grill had not been cleaned from previous guests. Shower gel in en-suite was empty. Disappointingly the owners have not acted on other guests comments reference quantities of crockery and cutlery, there were only 3 mugs and water glasses and a maximum of 4 of other essential crockery/cutlery items. I consider this insufficient for a 4 person self catering property. A information pack in property for appliance instructions and emergency contact details would have been useful.

Lovely modern property with quality furnishings in a great location near all amenities. Easy self check in. 2 en-suite bathrooms in 2 bed property was perfect.

A small milk left in fridge for arrival would have been useful, most places leave a small welcome pack. A few more pots, pans, cutlery and crockery would have been good as it’s self catering even if just for two people, saves washing up so frequently. Door by bed rattles every time someone opens the door to their apartment, although I wedged some tissue in the door to fix it myself after being woken up through the night and early morning. Carpet in the hallway areas would absorb some of the noise of other guests walking and talking through the hallway late at night and early morning.

Easy to find, parking was really close and not overly expensive. Self check in was good with easy access. Bed and pillows comfortable. Plenty of hot water

Split level accommodation. If you have heavy luggage, that's is no lift. No dedicated carparking facility. But there is a large carpark with overnight free parking nearby

The property was clean, in a fantastic location (15 mins walk from the station) and was a great layout!. It had everything we needed to cook, but also just to properly relax and switch off, would really really recommend.

I was a bit worried about leaving my car in a public car park overnight. But it worked out fine.

Comfort, cleanliness and space of the apartment. The owners provided great information and were easy to communicate with. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent to explore Penrith.

Only small thing - found the upstairs bathroom layout odd and they could have done with a hanger for towels by the shower but really nothing major.

It was so clean and comfortable. Just as it looked on the pictures which isn’t always the way! Also had great help from the owner (?) as we asked to get in earlier due to needing to get changed for a wedding. This was no trouble for them and much appreciated.

Given the old chapel windows, they don't open, so hard to cool down the apartment. But there was a decent fan in the bedroom.

Well planned, fully functional apartment. Well equipped, tea and coffee supplied. Cleanliness was excellent, nice quality bed linens. Easy access with codes so no keys to mislay. The huge windows made the apartment feel so spacious. All in all a great stay.

Absolutely loved how comfortable and cozy the entire place felt. The place is centrally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants and town center. The entire place is spacious with all living amenities and cutlery provided. The host is readily accessible and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Cannot recommend this place enough to travelers whether you're a family or a couple.

ideally I would have liked an easy chair, beanbag or small sofa to sit on in the kichen dining/sitting room downstairs. It's small and they have done a good job in not making it feel cramped. I have a personal preference for a small table and two regular chairs (maybe even folding and hung on the wall?) rather than the breakfast bar and stools, but the hosts have done a brilliant job of making the flat smart and welcoming.

Stylish apartments developed within the old chapel, making great use of the height of the rooms and the large windows. Very smartly decorated with interesting wall art. Excellent huge bed on the upper level, very comfortable, with a large high end en suite bathroom. Downstairs is open plan, kitchen, sitting room/dinng room. It's a bonus for us that our appt was pet friendly. It was scrupulously clean, and well presented with lovely bed linen and towels. The host could not have been more helpful and positive. Very last minute booking and all ready for us. Easy check in with a codes and messaging. Would definitely go back . Good value and in a sweet part of town.
