I did not think the quality of the bedrooms were close to a £150 a night room. We were looking out on the air-conditioning units and it was so noisy in the morning. As we arrived the noise from the dining room was dire. It sounded like a overloud radio. Not a good look.

It was all relatively OK. Food was tasty. Bathroom was very clean

The floor hadn't been hoovered well or the hoover wants maintaining/upgrading. The room was hot, however did have air-conditioning to combat this.

Great Location. Mordern Bathroom/shower led light. Gym/sauna available. Breakfast available (continental). You can walk from the station to the hotel, approx Half hour walk. Carpark also available. Hotel is close to the biggest weatherspoons in the country, which is overlooking the sea. Close to the beach, coastal path and Ramsgate tunnels. The Hotel is higher than sea level, access coast by walking down alot of steps or down the road for a gradual decline.

Limited sockets in the room, wasn't too much of an issue for us but can see it could be for some.

Location and staff were amazing, the rooms were clean and warm. The beds were really comfortable with plenty of coffee available.

Some of the rooms need modernisation but you can see that the owners are working hard to bring everything up to date so no real complaints

The bar and dining area have been modernised. Had a few pre dinner drinks and was a warm friendly atmosphere

Lift was quite slow. Breakfast should be a bit more variety, for example- porridge or fried eggs.

Loved the location opposite the sea, the room was very comfortable and quiet at night, staff were all friendly and helpful, bar had nice atmosphere and curry night was great bonus, very tasty 😋

Had a problem with the heating system in the room which was quite complicated with no instructions which resulted in me freezing on the first night then once I worked out how to switch it on, i couldnt turn it off for the rest of the stay.

The double rooms are very tight to fit big suitcases The bed was small and not very comfy Not good price for the value I think.

The location is walking distance to the harbour and near the promenade.There is car park behind the hotel for the hotel guests even if it was always full.But it is easy to find parking space by the road They serve continental breakfast , but good enough

The breakfast was very poor. They offered continental which was toast, hard boiled eggs, pastries cheese and looked like tin ham and yogurts this was inc in the room price. On the first day at 915 there was no pastries left and no bread I had to ask for some bread to make toast. We also ordered the full English which you have to pay for. Don’t bother it was literally dripping in oil where it has been deep fat fried including the tomato. I couldn’t eat it probably the worst cooked breakfast I have ever been served.

Convenient location with great views. The rooms where clean and they had air conditioning as it was hot in the hotel.

There was free live entertainment in the bar on the night. Love that. All the staff members were really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well equipped.

My only slight moan was our room was at the back and next to the air duct which droned all night so you needed earplugs to block out the noise.

The continental breakfast included in the room was excellent with plenty of choice and unlimited. You could order a cooked breakfast and derivatives of this but you paid full price, no deduction if you opted for this instead of the continental which was a bit of a shame. The room, bathroom and bed were all clean and checked daily so always nice an clean.
