    Nothing. Loved it all.

Outstanding. All aspects of our visit were awesome. I loved the quiet setting, the clean comfortable room. The beautiful view of marvelous Scottish coastline. A must revisit again when I come back to Scotland. Also breakfast was spectacular.

The evening meal was a little bland, but I accept that they do not purport to be a restaurant.

Excellent hosts who made us feel most welcome into their home. I particularly liked the style of the decor. Excellent setting easy to find.

The interior was not quite to our taste, a bit too much. Nonetheless it was very interesting and amusing to look at kinda like a museum.

Very welcoming staff, we felt right at home. There was a nice lobby to wind down and read. 12/10 bramble. The location of the bnb is truly stunning. It was very nice that the hosts provided a dinner option, as there were no restaurants in close proximity.

Only small fault was we got too hot in bed at night.

Best breakfast on our NC500 tour. Superb location and wonderful hosts. Accommodation is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. There are roaming highland cows on the road to Salmon Landings which was a delight to see

The best guest house we have had during our Scottish tour Every thing was perfect : the warm welcome from Julie and Kevan, the delicious dinner with local and homemade products, the copious breakfast, the room very comfy and quiet, the clean bathroom. We have had a small misunderstanding about the booking of the dinner (you must book in advance as mentioned in the details of the reservation) but, thanks to Julie and Kevan, we were very lucky to enjoy a very delicious dinner.

Loved the location, really quiet and peaceful. Had a good night’s sleep in comfy bed. Food was delicious, for dinner we all had homemade soup and homemade bread which was extremely good followed by Orkney salmon, homegrown broccoli and potatoes alongside other vegetables for two of us, all cooked perfectly and the other one of us had a terrific salad. Wonderful fresh fruit salad for dessert. Loved all the finishing touches to the table. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Both Julie and Kevan are very welcoming and made you feel at home.

Nothing except we could only stay for 1 night.

This was one of the best accommodation on our 3 week trip thru Scotland. Immediately we felt at home, the hosts were very friendly and extremly helpful also with recommendations what to do. And the decorations -oh boy - fantastic. So cosy and very nice selections of antiques - we had the feeling to live 60 years back. Salmons landing is a old fish packing factory so the location is remote but when you are looking for a quiet place with stunning views it is a must stay. We pre-order a dinner and since the location is remote we had to do it 2 days in advance. Everything work perfectly and the dinner was excellently prepared, presented and mouth watering. They don't serve alcoholic beverages (licence) but you can bring along your own. Breakfast was out of this world with a rich possibility of selection and of course with views no money can buy. Needless their likable dog Bramble became very quests friend very quickly.

The Room was very clean, warm & cosy, We were welcomed with coffee & biscuits, We didn't have the best of weather, but enjoyed picnic in our Room (wine & cheese). Outside there is a wooden walkway down to the sea, a little way down is a hut, with fire-pit, logs etc, it would have been fantastic to look out over the sea with the fire blazing, maybe next time.

    Everything was perfect

Amazing location and facilities, with the garden over the cliffs and the bonfire hut down the way to the sea, outstanding views! Rooms are very clean and spacious and the bed is super comfortable, like sleeping in a cloud. Delicious homemade dinner and breakfast, and superb attention by Julie and Kevan. A great place to rest and admire the views while following the NC500, or to spend some relaxing days.

Nothing. You simply cannot fault this property and location.

This property will let you speechless, from its location to the care given to the very last detail inside and the warm welcome given by the owners. Both dinner and breakfast are at the fine dinning level (you have to bring your alcohol, though). Highly recommended; you won't regret it

    Nothing.

Everything. The location is breathtaking. The whole place is decorated to an exceptional standard with large luxurious rooms, with lots of little extras. The bed was really comfy. I was offered tea or coffee and biscuits on arrival served in the conservatory dining area with beautiful crockery. The guest lounge is again beautifully decorated with big comfy leather sofas. I ordered an evening meal which was greatly appreciated due to the location. 3 courses, cooked beautifully, with fresh cooked bread, and served with real attention. I think the lemon cheesecake was the best I've ever eaten. Tea and coffee afterwards. The gardens and seating areas are lovely and if you're lucky you'll meet Bramble their dog. There are steps down to the cove if you fancy a walk down. Breakfast was really good. It was such a nice change to have something different to the usual offerings. A selection of cooked meat and fish, boiled eggs, a cheese board, olives and tomatoes, fresh bread, and croissants, toast, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruits, and juices, tea abd coffee. I was sad to leave. Julie and Kevan are so welcoming, and can't do enough for you. They really are a class act and shouldn't change anything because they have got it so right. I have a hospitality background and this place is excellent in every way. Thank you for a lovely stay. I would highly recommend.
