The showers are dated and at times not very clean, no toilet in the room and having to come down 2 flies of stairs to use them in the middle of the night. The bed are dated and make too much noise.

Great location, easily accessible by train and buses. Free breakfast which in London hostel is fairly rare at a decent price.

On average it is worth the money but...

The rooms are very small and I find people chaotic and not very tidy. The people in my room were snoring all the time I couldn't sleep at all.

The staff is very nice and the breakfast is good. I haven't tried the dinner. The guys clean the bathroom more than once a day so it was quite clean almost every time I've used it.

I didn't feel safe in the mixed room and also stayed there alone.

I accidentally booked a mixed room dormitory, and I changed it to a double room, so the stuff help me with that, and garden was nice

I asked for the bottom bunk as I struggle with light and had to get up relatively early, but even though I had email stating lower bunk was granted, upon getting to the room I've realised that's not the case..it's more like: 'first comes, first serves'..was disappointed to say the least.

The staff are really great, they have free breakfast&a beautiful cat🐈

"The breakfast was quite ordinary, but the organization leaves something to be desired. The location far from the city center is a drawback. The shower is a bit small."

""I had a pleasant stay in this beautiful hostel. The hostel staff is very friendly and attentive. They require a £10 security deposit at check-in, to be refunded at check-out when returning the keys. The beds are extremely comfortable, as are the rooms. The toilets are clean. The hostel offers all necessary amenities and is close to supermarkets. There is even a television with PlayStation and others for watching matches and movies in the lounge area. I highly recommend it to solo travelers and those looking to spend less than three days in London."

Tiny bathroom Pretty cold in the room (maybe because the window does not close perfectly) A little bit noisy - but it is a hostel!

Close to metro station and close to a market Small bathroom but i have to say it is a hostel not a hotel There is a luggage room - 2 pounds per luggage It is a good place to crash after a long day od visiting Breakfast (not the best but not the worst) consists of fried eggs, beans, sausage and pancake, bread, milk, peanut butter -something to eat before leaving to visit the city

The showers aren't comfortable. You are supposed to clean your dishes after breakfast (no dishwasher). The breakfast is poor (not bad).

Very clean and quiet hostel. Friendly staff. The reception works 24/7.

Bathrooms were always dirty, toilets filled and quite unpleasant. But I'm guessing it is more to do with the behaviour of guests than with the lack of cleaning, since the rest of the facilities were quite clean.

People were quite friendly and the breakfast made before you was quite nice. The location and value for money are just great, so I will be coming back next time I'm in London, maybe with the family.

Could be better if cleaner pillow case and duvet and less dusty in the sleeping room. The basin tap is so hard to be push for each use. Occasionally water came out super hot on the second floor. Need more hook in shower cabin.

Value for money and good location. Breakfast tea coffee included in the morning, the 2 ladies who make us eggs, and pancake , are very kind and friendly. Last time there was no electrical socket for top bed, but this time there are sockets everywhere where . So they do listen to us and this place keeps improving.

Beds are very noisy and the mattress is flat and uncomfortable. There are no side lights or privacy curtains.

Lovely helpful staff. Bunks have a small shelf . I had a charging sockets near mine. Decent breakfast selection with egg, sausages, beans and pancakes. Toast, spreads and cereals. Tea, coffee and squash. Small dinner included if you sign up. I had chicken curry and it was ok. Communal kitchen, shared bathrooms, make up and hair station. Luggage storage. TV lounge. WiFi which is spotty. Great position near Earls court tube.
