You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomParking can be a challenge but workable if you are happy to pay to park then move when free spaces become available - par for the course for properties in locations so close to the beach/town. My son insists I mention the tv. Not able to access any of the Freeview Apps or set up our own Netflix.
Fab location. Spacious and well set out. Close to beach and town. Son loved Play Station! All you could want/need in kitchen area.

United KingdomHad to buy soap and flannel for bathroom use. No dustpan and brush. No instruction for whereabouts of green rubbish bin or instructions for use of DVD. Had to stand on chair to reach mugs in cupboard. TV in lounge much too big if you were sitting on settee.
Good location, but lots of stairs to apartment. Clean and bright. Very quiet, no other tenants?

United KingdomWe knew the property didn’t have parking and hit Filey during a very busy time but finding parking was very difficult, we know Filey and we’re able to find some but it was a fair walk from the flat. We were also slightly concerned that flat was on 2nd floor but only had no fire escape route, access is up 2 flights of narrow stairs.
Flat was in a good location, clean and had everything we needed for a short break. There were a lot of little extras, including board games, books, dvds and game consoles. The whole apartment was very comfortable and well presented.

United KingdomEverything was fine as far as the apartment ws concerned. Once we got the heating going it was really cosy so not a lot to say we didn't like.
The apartment was ideal for us. We stayed two nights. All the equipment in the apartment was nearly new and worked well. There was plenty if tea, coffee etc. Location was perfect for a short walk to the sea front and even closer to the main shops. Parking was fine on the street outside, but might be more difficult in high season.
