The shower head leaked and 1 of the runners was missing off the shower door making it a bit stiff to open. Nothing that can't be fixed

The caravan was very homely, comfortable and clean. The site was very quiet and in a great location

No real negatives only it maybe an idea to add more trays and pizza ones as it sleeps 4 but only 1 pizza tray.

Kept well updated with information about getting there, also was told to bring coffee pods as it has a gousto coffee machine which was great.

We struggled with the sofa pull-out bed , in the end we just used the sofa pillows on the floor. We feel some instructions might be helpful ☺️ A nice touch to the hallway would be somewhere you can put wet coats and shoes. Double-sided velcro for the cushions on the bench around the kitchen table. The cushions kept sliding around. We did notice the top cushions had velcro and then just not the bottom.

We loved the beautiful location, the caravan was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable.

We appreciated the quietness of the chalet site and the countryside feel to it. The chalet was comfortable, well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and utensils for preparing own meals. The info provided by the owners prior to checkin via booking.com was comprehensive. There was a retail park very close to the site [5 min walk) with an m&s which we found really useful for a few food provisions we needed. The owners suggested a lovely local walk directly from the site which was followed on the first evening.

Only one comment would be the window in the kitchen seating area has a draft through it as there is a slight gap in the top of the window. Didn’t effect our stay at all but just wanted to mention it if you wasn’t aware of it.

Very comfy, clean and tidy would definitely come back again.

It would have been nice to have a little welcome pack even if it was just a small bottle of milk especially as we were arriving late Christmas Eve.

Everything was great. A couple of minor things would be a hook on the back of the ensuite to hang a hand towel and maybe an enclosed bin for the kitchen.

Excellent lodge on a lovely site close to Harrogate and Rudding Park where we were attending a wedding. The lodge was spotlessly clean, well equipped, bright, and airy. The lodge was also a good size, and the beds were really comfortable. The Harrogate chocolate was a lovely bonus, along with the essentials like toilet paper, washing up liquid and handsoap. There was a coop with a 10-minute walk and an Aldi within a 10-minute drive. Brilliant stay and we will definitely be staying again.
