You need to put your entire palm over the door keypad to bring up the numbers to gain entry. The instructions just said to “ touch the screen of the keypad”. We kept touching with one finger so had to call the owner. It was raining heavily at the time and it took us a while to find the phone number. Works fine once you know how so sharing that info here. You have to keep the blinds drawn in the bedrooms when getting dressed as there were workmen right outside - my Mum gave them a wave from her bed! Again fine once you know. Not a huge issue but maybe good to know as it seemed private at first.

Property is spotless. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Shower pressure is good. Place is quiet.

The only thing that we could think of was that the towels didn,t match the luxury of the apartment Also only one pillow per person, my hubby needs 2 , I’m ok with 1 .

a huge surprise how fantastic it was .searched for a kettle then saw message re hot tap! Brilliant ..fab location. Outside lighting fab, on steps , back door etc, and cave for outdoor seating .support from staff great and prompt. Lounge seating wonderful, huge fab shower room, huge comfy kitchen , well stocked . Loved the interior design and decor. It even smelled fab .

Accessing the property via the digital keypad was sometimes challenging but this is a minor issue.

The accomodation was wonderful. It was clean, tidy and modern. The location was excellent. We would stay again.

Parking. Had to use a public car park (Paragon) at £15 a day.

Beautiful flat, tastefully furnished and decorated. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage and good bathroom. Well fitted out kitchen/diner. Relaxing sitting room with large television. Very quiet location yet within easy walking distance of the centre of the city.

The sofa was a little uncomfortable as it has a very low back.

Phone signal is a bit spotty

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property as it was even better than the pictures! Modern, clean and located well with only a few minutes walk to Bath Abbey and the shopping area. It was also quiet which made for a good night's sleep. The host is excellent in her communication and accommodated our request for a late check out which we were grateful for!

Couldn’t find any floor mats for stepping out from the shower. Also couldn’t find any dishwasher tablets

Good location, easy to access with door code, good outdoor lighting into entrance. Hot tap for water to make instant drinks.

Nit picking here, but outside of flat was a bit dreary. Although loved the fact there was a bit of outside space which we did utilise.

Location was excellent. Flat was lovely and spacious and beautifully designed.
