It was a little dated but what we expected to be fair and the pressure on the shower wasn’t great but all in all it was decent value for money.

It was more than adequate for our short stay, the food was good and the room was clean and comfortable.

I had a lovely room with 4 poster bed but there was a really disgusting quilt in the quilt cover looked at least 100 years old. I would mot stay here again 😞 sorry guys you where lovely

It was quite loud from the room above - they were only walking around and talking (not being overly loud!), but the sound came through a lot.

Staff very friendly and helpful, good location for Lake District, all very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was nice and a good variety of drinks on offer too.

There was absolutely nothing I can think of which we didn’t like. My wife and I would not hesitate in staying at the Rusland Pool Hotel again and we would also recommend the Hotel to family and friends.

Breakfast and dinner were both very good, breakfast plenty of selection from cereals toast and fruit juice through to an extensive variety of traditional cooked options all cooked and presented very well. Dinner menu had plenty of variety with a number of daily specials on offer, all cooked and presented very well and appropriately priced.

Nothing! It was a great stay for my work trip.

Room was cozy and comfortable. Although I was unable to attend the breakfast, they were kind enough to bring a packed breakfast up to my room which was so kind. The restaurant has lovely home cooked food and the staff were all so welcoming and hospitable.

Lovely friendly staff upon arrival, room nice and clean. A good hearty breakfast served in the morning and delicious food in the restaurant in the evenings. Suited my needs perfectly.

Having to leave to watch the grand national due to no tv in bar, and bar closed Saturday night due to short staff, but i will say the staff that were on duty were brilliant even being under pressure

Old fashioned in need of updating so that was reflected in the low cost which I understand. A very loud prolonged noise disturbed me & my son and other guests late at night. Also noisy early morning so we did not sleep very well as a result.

Staff very friendly & food very tasty. Rooms were very clean. Ideal location for where we were visiting.

WiFi is a bit weak and problems with TV in room. Neither of these things were that important but thought I would share.

1 night stay, bed was mega comfy for a great nights sleep before a full day hiking and climbing. Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice. Bar and restaurant was good, we had some of the home made desserts on our 1st evening after getting back from exploring some towns nearby. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Great value for.money.

Wanted a stay within price at that momment, ,staff were so lovely , enjoyed our stay ,,everything we needed at hand ,food ,drinks ,bar ,friemdly folk , nice evening lighting ,solar lights a bonus ,, brilliant !!
