We almost had a serious accident when attempting to leave the car park one day: When viewed From the car park side, the gap in the wall (next to Apartment 1 parking space) appears to be another exit from the premises. I did attempt to leave by this 'exit', completely unaware that there was a quite considerable drop down on the other side. Luckily my daughter stopped me just in time, as she had walked along the pavement there a few minutes previously and was aware of that danger. This would certainly have wrecked our car, not to mention our holiday (and maybe caused injury) and would have led to a compensation claim. Something needs to be done to raise awareness of this potential danger and prevent the possibility of a serious incident occurring.

No complaints about the apartment; we were all very pleased with it.

A lot of stairs and corridors to negotiate up from the car park entrance.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It was convenient for visiting Ilfracombe. Near to the sea front. Near to the bus stop. Supermarket and convenience store nearby for stocking up on groceries.

The location of the one allocated parking space wasn't great when you've got a lot of things but parking on Runnacleve road is right outside and was ample. It's good to have the one allocated space though

One of the bedrooms was missing bedside lamps and although there was a large store room with hanging rail it would have been helpful to have a hook or two in each bedroom.

Very spacious apartment for 6 adults. The location was exceptionally close for The Tunnels, our venue for a function. The apartment was clean, bright and cheerful.

There wasn’t much to dislike but the TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work.

The property is a great location in Illfracombe. It is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. It also had a terrace that was nice to sit out on.

It would be an improvement to add some small details: coat hooks, a cork screw, sharper knives. Also the wifi worked well in mist of the house but not in the back double bedroom.

It was very spacious and clean and in a good central location. There was a well equipped kitchen and good size bedrooms.

Was huge. Every room was massive. Great location! Facilities were superb. The lady who met us to give keys was very understanding when we arrived later than expected due to traffic and was incredibly friendly

We did notice a lack of a washing machine but saw there was facilities for one and if we had been staying longer this may have been an issue but assume that one will be installed soon

Friendly, easy check in. Apartment was nice and roomy - perfect for 6 people. Spotlessly clean and centrally located. Parking was easy. Everything we needed was provided which was great as we were staying there prior to my daughter's wedding and we didn't need to think of anything.
