Very easy walking distance to train and bus station with clean rooms.

Our room was not ready when we arrived, since it was before check-in so we left our luggage and went off to explore the area. I was dreading carrying my heavy suitcase up the stairs because there is no lift, but to my surprise, when we went back to the hotel, the the staff had already carried our bags to our room. So really, not a negative at all.

The room was a large size compared to most English hotels and was very clean. It was very comfortable and could have slept many more than our party of three. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

There is no elevator and we were on second floor (equivalent to 3rd level) I had a foot issue, so not great.

The room although small with nicely appointed. Very good bathroom. Excellent location - very close to bus and train station

    The confusing parking arrangements.

The hotel is well located, especially for train travellers. Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds & a nice modern bathroom. Our room was reasonably quiet.

    Nothing. Everything was good

Room - good and basic but comfortable and clean Location - perfect as it was just 5 min walk across from train station. Check-in assistance - Staff was very helpful and lovely as they helped us carry some luggages up the stairs. Property has no lift facility. They also accommodated my earlier request for a room at lower level (due to our big luggages). Thanks

Felt a bit old. No electronic room keys. No elevator. Had to carry heavy luggage up and down two sets of stairs. Reception ladies assisted but felt uncomfortable asking the ladies for assistance with the luggage.

Comfortable clean room and bathroom. With easy walking distance from main attractions.

I stayed here to attend a university conference and I am so glad that I chose this hotel! It's very close to the railway station and only a 5-minute walk to the city centre, but it's very quiet. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and had everything that a visiting academic could need. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

There were 37 stairs to the second floor. There wasn’t an elevator/lift. Breakfast wasn’t included which for the price of the stay should be

Very close to bus and rail stations. Walking distance to city centre. Lots to see and do nearby. The bed and and pillows are comfortable.

No elevator and no breakfast included, though the Olive Restaurant provided a good breakfast and coffee.

Hotel a stone's throw from the Train Station and an easy walk to Oxford restaurants and sights. Staff was kind and helpful. Beds were comfy. We appreciated the kettle with packets of cocoa, coffee and tea and little cookies and biscuits. We also appreciated Netflix available on the TV (through our account).
