we are elderly and would have appreciated luggage assistance as there is no lift. A fridge in the bedroom is what we usually expect.

The shower was difficult to turn on and off, a lot of people we stayed with said the same, Room was cold in the morning so turned the rad valves on and was a little noisy with the heating on but not a major issue. Would definitely stay again. Ensure you book your table before you stay as it gets quite busy.

Excellent sized rooms, with a great breakfast very comfortable bed. Service for breakfast was excellent and we also had a lovely night at the bar. Very good location with shops nearby and close to Snowdon.

We stayed in the main part of the hotel so there was no.lift so I had to carry my husband wheelchair up and down the stairs. We are both vegetarian and although they do provide an excellent menu the staff stated the veggie sausages were non branded so due to allergies we could not have them but we did otherwise have a nice breakfast.

Location is central so great for getting about. The staff are lively. Hotel room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The bar area is comfortable with some nice beer

Issues with the shower not working properly. But the very nice staff (see above) offered to refund part of my payment because of the shower issue. Perfectly right, exactly the correct response by staff. So maybe that is a “like …”

Location. And the staff was very nice. No need to buy breakfast at Royal Oak— the excellent Popty bakery in the Spar up the road 3 min walk does fabulous baked goods and fresh sandwiches for your days activity.

We stayed in the stable block, we have stayed here before. All perfectly fine and outer decoration is spot on. The room is starting to look a little tired - perhaps personal preference. But very clean and very happy with it all.

Welcome staff - Jennie (I believe) was incredibly welcoming. Answered all our questions. Smiley and friendly and a perfect person to welcome us. In the morning we were greeted for breakfast and a very friendly member of staff took our order and he checked that we were happy. Food was great.

Staff were fantastic. We arrived late, after a long walk on Snowdon, and they kept the kitchen open for us to have a meal (it was just closing). All staff were very welcoming and we felt very looked after. Hotel location was perfect - right in the centre and with parking. Rooms really lovely.

Bathroom a little tired. Bedroom was too warm, but noise and kitchen smells meant opening the window was not advisable. Despite these comments our stay was very enjoyable.

The rear car park is a little noisy early on as many people off to start their hikes etc early. But if you are there for the same reasons it's fine.

The staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area and offered great advise. Restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. Again the staff were super friendly and kind.
