The sea view Large room the price. There's a lot of bad reviews but what do these people expect for the price, claridges maybe, its a clean tidy hotel Large comfortable room. With breakfast at a very good price

The bed was very hard. The plumbing was noisy. The bathroom was not very private. The floor boards creaked. The window was drafty.

The breakfast was reasonably good. The location was excellent.

sash windows need upgrading to be water tight, as storm meant we had to place towel on top to stop water entry

view is fantastic if you have a beach facing room, staff are friendly, breakfast was small but piping hot and a bonus for the price anyway

Woodwork had been painted white and was covered in scratches & outside of hotel needed painting.

Our room was lovely but the rest of the hotel needed refreshing, breakfast was good ands the location of the hotel was ideal looking over the bay/ harbour. Had to park in the town multi storey as no parking at the hotel, cost £6 per 24Hr.

Broken lift...I'm disabled . Reception un manned had to phone for someone to come..3.30pm. Bannister rail to stair was split, pieces missing,splinters. Breakfast was haphazard. Was not good value for money .Hotel very shabby. Unfortunately booked it twice with you..again for Oct...

Very dates and does not look like the photos on the website. Wall paper was peeling and the rooms looks grubby. We had a view of a car park. Was on the very top floor with no lift provided. Staff was lovely and the cleanliness was ok. Ideal location when staying in Tenby.

Lots of stairs, the hotel is a little dated. But extremally clean.

The view was amazing, looking over Tenby beach. Plenty of places to eat and drink, good parking if driving.

The place was dated, shabby and tired. The roof was leaking in the stairwell and the lift was broken. Paint and paper were peeling off all over the place, even on the outside. In our bathroom there was no pressure in our shower and the taps were round the wrong way ie, the hot came out of the cold tap and vice versa. The shower curtain was too short and water just leaked onto the floor. The bed was very hard. The cooked breakfast was minimal. You only got 1 sausage, 1 piece of bacon, a hash brown, 1 fried egg, half a small tomato and a tablespoon of beans. The toaster didn't fit the bread in properly and you had to turn it half way through cooking. But there was plenty of cereal, juice, jam, tea and coffee. It would be nice if the pub attached to the hotel or the hotel itself, did food at lunchtimes and evenings.

The view was amazing. The best view you could hope for. Looking out over the beach and the harbour. The room was very clean. The tea and coffee was replenished daily and the bed was made.

Went down for breakfast no room available no brown bread only white no milk had to look for it I don't like the cooked breakfast so I only had one slice of toast
