We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI nearly asked to move room when I arrived... the lift shaft is too noisy for room 28. I spoke to my partner by phone who correctly highlighted that everyone will be in bed by ten. True but I missed out on an afternoon nap after a very tiring day.
Excellent hotel character. Lovely staff... very caring... I watched one of your housekeepers really going beyond to help an elderly visitor navigate three steps

United KingdomCould hear the lift every time it was used from my bedroom. Sound proofing needed there. Pool was nice but had to be accessed by walking across the car park. Car parking difficult particularly for large cars.
Really helpful staff and I didn't at any time feel unsafe travelling on my own. Food was lovely and seasonal and a decent choice which changed daily.

United KingdomRooms need modernising and brightening up. Curtains do not block out the light which is tricky in the summer, particularly with children. Whilst we enjoyed our stay, we do feel the price was high for these rooms. Although, for the location and time of year we understand prices would be on the higher side.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We all enjoyed the swimming pool. We had a nice lunch on one of the days. Very good location, short walk to the beach.

United KingdomAlthough there was a lovely indoor swimming pool of decent size, the changing room was very small and basic, really only room for one person at a time, and no where relatively dry to get dressed.
The room was spacious with everything you might need. It had a view of the sea across the front forecourt. The quickest route to reception and the restaurant was via the car park, otherwise it was a bit of a rabbit warren through the corridors and stairs. The food was very good quality and there was plenty of it, I struggled to leave room for dessert. The service in the restaurant was very efficient and the staff very friendly and attentive. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and the town, and you don't have to walk up much of hill at at when returning.

A well placed hotel, near the sea front but in a quiet pleasant location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the facilities were good. An excellent breakfast and worth the extra payment.
