    It was an ok stay
    • Leisure trip
    • Solo traveller
    • Single Room
    • Stayed 1 night

The room was very small (+ would need basic renovation), the toiletries were basic (only solid hand soap and shower cup - no shower gel or shampoo), the bed could be more comfortable.

The room was clean enough, the location very good, and check-in and check-out were very fast.

Room a little " tired". Noise from bathrooms above. Additional costs. £50 returnable bond. Early check in £10/20 depending on time. Late check out.£ Bag storage £5.00 per2 bags

Quirky room. Ideal for group. Location close to Paddington station. Easy flat walk. Staff on reception very pleasant, happy to help. Breakfast continental, plenty available. Staff calm but busy. Thank you, much appreciated.

What could help the hotel, putting in - , as there were no hooks in the bathroom, or a small tray fix to the shower to put your soap on. And a small table

It was close to the shops, underground

The room and bathroom were absolutely tiny. There is no soundproofing anywhere. You can hear the people walking around upstairs, hear people walking past your door and everything out on the street. If you’re a light sleeper, this place is not for you!

Good location with pleasant reception and elevators to all floors. Room was clean and it had everything I needed.

Cramped place, but that I guess is inline with the things in London as it is an expensive place.

Breakfast - N/A General facilities - weird building where we had to take an elevator and then again climb some steps (with luggage). Very narrow passage. Room was very cramped. Things did not function. But I guess it is value for money at this location.

Price point. Staff were very good and accommodative.

Very hot in rooms no air conditioning, spiral staircase in family room wasn't ideal for us with a younger child. Main double bed very short in length for tall adults. Very noisy nights sleep as we had to keep windows open as hot and stuffy.

Basic but sufficient breakfast, good location close to tube

Didn't like the fact that the rooms were bit small. The shower needed to be bit bigger. In length and width. If you were a large person you would struggle to get and out of. Needs a hand rail incase of falls. In showers and shower/bath areas. No air conditioning in any of the high floors only fans were given. Very warm rooms. Should be more socket areas around the room not only in one place. The toilets were low to sit on. Breakfast was nice. Just shame it didn't have a cooked breakfast there to have.

The hotel was in a perfect location in Paddington. Hotel was very clean and presentable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It was more a continental breakfast. Rooms were clean. Towels changed regularly . In good location to many food options and places to eat.

The radiator was not on for first day/night and room was quite cold in the beginning. When I found the thermostat it got warm quickly though

Breakfast was normal continental breakfast. Dining room was small but kept clean and the lady supervising was working hard to keep things going. Staff was friendly and helpful in reception and room was clean well maintained if quite small. All and all good experience

The breakfast was really good, tasty and with a lot of variety. The hotel in general was really good but the room itself was a mess, the floors made a lot of noise, the walls were all dirty and painted and the windows in wood was a bit poor but it was almost spacious, the bed and pillows were super clean and comfortable and the bathroom was ok, not big but with everything you must need

The mattress was very hard, which some people might find uncomfortable (I did - could barely sleep on it). The shower head kept falling from its place. The room didn’t feel very clean, and was also very cramped. We knew the size in advance, but felt like it could have been designed better. Also - the hotel has an absurd number of doors, so it was pretty hard to navigate large suitcases in narrow carpeted halls.

The hotel is about a 3-minutes walk from Paddington station, which was exactly what we were looking for as we arrived in London late at night. The staff were very friendly and the check in (at near midnight) went very smoothly.

Light came in the room quite early due to the curtains not quite covering the windows. There was no bin in the main room, just in bathroom! Lift to level 5 very small and awkward to call - but these are very small things!

2nd time staying this summer! Really good location, close to lots of tube links. Room was comfortable, had most amenities needed and staff very friendly!

Cost of food in nearby cafe’s & restaurants. Hotel was great.

Breakfast was very good - plenty of food & variety. The room was small but suited our purpose. Very centrally located close the shops, pubs, cafes & restaurants albeit most were expensive. Trains were close by and with Paddington being such a large station - it wasn’t too difficult to find the station we needed to get to our destination.
