The fan in the bathroom is worn and very loud and also stays on for an hour after light is off that said an easy fix which would make a big difference especially at night

Shower head holder was broken. I couldn’t adjust the shower head. It was stuck at bottom of rail. It was too low.

That the lift didn’t work.. as we’re elderly and found the stairs difficult… if had known before it would have helped!! The pillows were to flat maybe leave another one spare by on shelves

It just didn’t make sense how dirty the property was as we saw the cleaners in when people left . We bought some cleaner and clothes and gave the place a good clean when we arrived as we were staying a few days and couldn’t use the kitchen as it was . The duvet on the bed was more like a sheet we were just lucky the weather was warm . For such a good property with a great location things could be so much better . And good luck getting your breakfast.

Perfect location.. easy access.. room lovely excellent value for money.. great view.. not as clean as I would have expected.. pots all dirty cups plates culture very bad.. nothing to wash up with after out 1 night stay so left pots in sink as think people must just rinse stuff off and cleaners don’t obviously check hence why very dirty .. overall tho I would recommend and definitely stay again probably just take some washing up liquid next time 😊

It just was not clean in living room. Table and sofa covered in toast crumbs. Crumbs on floor and a dropped sweet. Spilt tea on counter. The living area had clearly not been cleaned. Even stools were not under table. Nocleaning products in the room. Had to go and buy some to wipe counters and cups because I was nervous to use anything in the room or cook. Iwould stay again but I would clean the entire place down at start of stay. There is no excuse for not wiping counters and hoovering when turning rooms around

There were no fridge , coffy makers, toster as was advertised As we'll no dishes or cattery....no toilet paper and staff did not bring it during all stay. Even though it is dog friendly hotel I was contacted in the middle of the day that my dog is barking and I should come back. We left our dog just for 2 hours as we went for lunch. We can't open the window in the room as well.

The table was dirty and sticky, kitchen area not clean, hob glass broken on the corner and the fridge had an awful smell Tv could only get one channel, E4 Some hairs in the bathroom No washing up items despite it being a self contained apartment and only 1 dinner plate and 2 of everything else

We parked at a carpark across the road and had to pay as no parking was available near the property. There was no basic washing up equipment ( cloth, liquid, tea towel)

Everything had a layer of dust on, cutlery was dirty, it was cold so put fire on , but socket got so hot we had to turn it off . Beautiful view but windows dirty on inside, mirror on stairs on landing is filthy

Sofa in the apartment wasn’t very comfortable. Also a shame all the seating was arranged facing the back wall and not at the window so you could sit and take in the views out the window. There was no tea towel or washing up liquid available, if this is not to be supplied you need to say so so people know to bring their own. Only two channels on the tv worked!

There is no one to greet you at the hotel and no one to ask anything, just an address at which there is no office. The telephone. Everything is done with key codes, which is a bit annoying. Also I wouldn't have liked to sleep in the bed, because it didn't look nice, which is ok since we had a sleeping bag.

Kitchen could do with some order and reinvestment of cooking equipment and cutlery. A more appealing tea/coffee tray wouldn't go amiss with it being replenished properly too. Uncleaned in places ie glass coffee table, windows.

Small double bed, bathroom door didn’t close, had a struggle to open the windows, it was very warm in the room. Lift in the property but out of use permanently.

Within easy walking distance of the harbour, plenty of parking available, clean.
