We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe first room I was given was very tired looking. I asked to be moved and was given a much nicer room with better windows more like the pictures online. Shower was quite tricky to manage though!
The breakfast was very nice. The sea view from my chosen room was great. Staff were nice and friendly. Location is great.

Very happy about their happy attitude to dogs being allowed. So relaxed. Not quite sure why we have to pay so much for dogs to stay tho when they don't exactly use anything or need anything? Staff were fabulous

A very friendly welcome by helpful and attentive staff . A fan was provided for the room when requested and the views from the hotel are fantastic. The food was carefully prepared, well cooked and served in a lovely dining room overlooking the sea .

10 minutes walk to Exmouth sea front. Large room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom/with bath. Staff helpful and friendly. Cooked breakfast good and a good selection of cereal, fruits and juices.

United KingdomThe attention to detail is lacking and the carpets need to be cleaned on a regular basis. They were stained in quite a few areas.
The property is well kept but a bit dated. The rooms were large enough and the bed was comfy. The shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was exceptional.
