The room was big, with very comfortable large bed.Walk in shower in the en-suite . All very clean. Ample storage including a huge wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Dressing table with large mirror.A stunning bay window with a table and two comfy chairs looking over Babbacombe bay and the downs. Tea making tray. Juice, muffins,flapjacks and biscuits provided daily if needed.

The curtains didn’t fit well and the sun woke us up really early. Basin tap very hard to turn on.

We had no breakfast that was the only minuscould not fault anything at the time of year we went but good provisions left every day in our room

We knew when we booked that breakfast was to be a muffin and flapjack, but were disappointed by the quality of the food provided.

The room was beautifully clean with a very comfortable bed and an extra heater for if we got cold in the evenings, which was very useful.

Excellent location, our room overlooked Babbacombe Downs and Lyme Bay. Our King size room was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was delivered daily to our room. Restaurant menu was comprehensive - good food and value for money, especially the Sunday Carvery and the "Steak night" Staff were very helpful, friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much

What's not to like?

Lovely and clean accommodation. Nice continental breakfast. Well stocked bar and amazing food. Fantastic location and great view. The staff are by far the best attraction at this place. Nothing is to much trouble and they are very friendly.

Room was a quite small - a bit of a squeeze for two peope

The room was quite small but adequate., shower water pressure was quite low but adequate Breakfast (muffin + Tea or coffee) was delivered to the room each morning Food was good especially the Carvery and Sunday Fabulous view from the bedroom window over the bay

only slight downside and it was slight - despite being a good quality shower the head pressure and spray was disappointing.

Didn’t affect us as there is a side door for residents, but some people attending an event were smoking in main entrance. Although there was a huge sign telling them not to! Water pressure in lovely large shower not great, needs a pump. Main area could do with a new carpet but whole place was exceptionally clean.

Friendly staff. Large exceptionally clean bedrooms. Great value for money. Fab fish and chips. There was an event on the Saturday night but it ended promptly and was silent from midnight. Our room was above exit but elderly parents in another room, “Didn’t hear a thing.”

Shower was a little disappointing,not very powerful. But it worked.

View from our room was lovely over looking the sea. Good size room with plenty of storage. Comfortable bed. Lots of tea,coffee making things.

The room was comfortable and clean. The room was cleaned daily and stocks replenished The Hotel did not have breakfast (which we knew before we went), though did provide muffins and Flapjacks in the room for breakfast. There are a number of places close by to get breakfast.
