We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Juice, muffins,flapjacks and biscuits provided daily if needed.

Restaurant menu was comprehensive - good food and value for money, especially the Sunday Carvery and the "Steak night" Staff were very helpful, friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. United KingdomDidn’t affect us as there is a side door for residents, but some people attending an event were smoking in main entrance. Although there was a huge sign telling them not to! Water pressure in lovely large shower not great, needs a pump. Main area could do with a new carpet but whole place was exceptionally clean.
Friendly staff. Large exceptionally clean bedrooms. Great value for money. Fab fish and chips. There was an event on the Saturday night but it ended promptly and was silent from midnight. Our room was above exit but elderly parents in another room, “Didn’t hear a thing.”
