We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great hotel with nice staff. We booked a standard bedroom with bathroom, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

My wife uses a wheelchair and we found everything all OK. The room was spacious and we got about the hotel as expected. The breakfast and the evening meal we had was good.

United KingdomService during our evening meal was a bit slow and at one stage I had to go and find our server as I'd almost finished my meal before my drink arrived. The room bathroom was a little dated and the shower quite small.
The hotel is in a quiet location just out of Helensburgh. It was a pleasant surprise and our welcome was warm and friendly. Our room was on the second floor and was comfortable and a good size. The rooms have had a makeover (except for the bathroom) and are smart and relaxing. The bed was of a good size. We ate in the dining room; although we could have eaten from the same menu in the bar area. The food was good; both in the evening and at breakfast time. There was a large car-park to the rear of the hotel.

Third stay here and it gets better every time. Beautiful location and the hotel itself has been refurbished since our last visit. Room had a super view over the Loch, good parking, very smiley friendly staff and excellent food. Magic. Will be coming again 😊

United KingdomRoom is very tired looking with marked carpets but understand they are to be renovated. By booking through booking.com site, you are unaware that the hotel may charge £30/night/dog which appears quite excessive for a 'pet friendly hotel '. It was disappointing that having travelled a long distance we were unable to gain early access to our room and told we should take a walk or have a drink in the garden. However no-one was attending the bar at that time (14.30) and it meant we went into town to have a drink and eat rather than relaxing at the hotel.

United KingdomI know this sounds petty maybe just my OCD kicking in but room wasn't exactly clean. Bedding, toilet and towels were immaculate. It was just tiny points. Inside bedside cabinate drawer was full of crumbs from snacks of previous occupant. Buttons on telephone were very dirty ingrained dirt and toilet roll was very old and discoloured and so dirty on bottom. I couldn't use it.

United KingdomThe room was too hot heating was on all night and couldnt turn it off, bed squeeked everytime we moved had to put a pillow down the mattress at bottom to try and stop it but didnt spoil our stay it was only 1 night.
The room was clean and bed was comfortable , staff were lovely as always.
