Dust / deeper clean needed - ceiling light fitting Animal hair on carpet in room - needed a decent Hoover

Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. Customer service and interactions with all staff was ace! location was perfect and the breakfast was brilliant. Staff allowed us to check in early as the room was ready, the bathroom and bedding was spotlessly clean.

Room had a faint cigarette smell, only one socket in rm that you had to move the kettle to to use. No lock on bathroom in a family room would have been appreciated. Quite expensive for what it was. £280 for a family of four for two nights.

We booked a room for 4 2 adults 1 child and a baby was given a room up two flights of stairs so had to carry pram up stairs to family room maybe check the ages when someone books ( we added ages when we booked) to find a more suitable room or easy access room thankfully our son was older to help carry pram and bags Otherwise was perfect stay

Bed was quite uncomfortable and shower cubicle quite tight. But that's the only not so good things. Everything else was spot on

The guest house in general was very hot. Heating on everywhere. We turned our room radiator off, but felt like we were baking in other parts, esp during breakfast. There are bars close by, which were very busy and noisy during the night - nothing the guest house can do about that but just an observation if you prefer a quieter night.

Lovely guest house in the heart of town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was good at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was great, a real bonus.

All of our visit was amazing 😁 a good night's sleep as beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were out of this world, especially Gav and Sue, and the lovely Irish lady who checked us in helped carry our bags to our room. The breakfast was just delicious with plenty of choice. Warm when it was very cold outside and the little bar was great and staff were really accommodating in providing drinks into the a.m. My only gripe and its not a major really as the beds and towels were clean was that fixtures were a little dusty I.e the wooden dresser in our room. This was no biggy for us tho as everything else was exceptionally amazing. What an amazing friendly accommodation g bunch they are xxxx

The room we were in was a bit small and compact but not complaining we would stay there again.
