We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast had a vast selection to choose from and was cooked to perfection. We will definitely use The Rosefiled again. Great location too!

The staff were nice, friendly and helpful, the location was good and met our needs, good free parking in front of guest house, excellent breakfast! All in all this was a smashing guest house and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Breakfast delicious with a lot of choice, room was very clean and excellent size for the three of us. The location was perfect for where we needed to be and only a short walk away from the seafront and facilities. The owners were both very friendly and made an effort to remember things about us to make conversation the next day more personal.

A wonderful few days away in an ideal location. Linda and Bob definitely went the extra mile for us. The champagne breakfast for our anniversary my hubby organised with Bob really surprised me and then they put Roses in our room too! Linda recommended a great place to eat at the harbour and everything was perfect. Thank you both. Can highly recommend the breakfasts plenty of choices inc cereals fruit and yoghurt and there is good choices on the scrumptious cooked breakfast that Linda cooked to order. Perfect hosts who were attentive and interesting to chat to but also gave us space. We look forward to visiting you and your beautiful seaside town again.

United Kingdomthe only downfall I could think of is that you have to book a time for breakfast which isn’t ideal if you decide to sleep in or something and is only between 8-9 am. however they are very friendly and helpful so I am sure they would do their best to accommodate if needed
