We were on 6th floor and the room was very warm we had been provided with a fan which definitely helped but needed more air in room or air conditioning to make it truly comfortable.

Great location, modern hotel which was great value for money.

Reaching Manhattan was complicated… takes around 1 or 1.30, yo have to catch a bus and subway to get there, and public transport is very slow in the evenings. Personnel wasn’t very helpful in providing directions for public transport

Love the place and location. Ropewalks is an emerging hot spot in Brooklyn. Nice bars and restaurants around. Very comfy bed and clean bedroom

Although we loved the location it was also the only thing we didn’t love in the fact that it was right in the centre of concert square and quite a few nightclubs so there was loud music until 5/6 in the morning.

We loved the location of the hotel being within a short walk of all the sights we wanted to see. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was mostly clean; just a little dust here and there.

Visitors should be aware that this hotel is in the middle of the club scene. Masons nightclub is part of the hotel and loud music can be heard until 1am in the rooms. We were there on a Fri and Sat night.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff friendly.

Although the property itself has minimal issues, noise is an issue and when the weather is hot, cooling the room is hard

No air conditioning, however fan in the room. Corridor is not sound proofed so any noise such as talking or closing doors can be heard. Windows only open a small amount so fresh air is minimal. Also accross the road from a club playing music outside till 2-3 in the morning.

Location is great and the facilities are clean.

The basement ‘cinema’ rooms were lovely. Nice & quiet BUT quite warm, in the summer I can see them being unbearable. However the staff were aware so hopefully air-con will be installed at some point.

The hotel is close to Central station. The welcome was warm with left luggage facilities. The rooms were clean , well appointed & the bed superb. USB ports by the bed - THANK YOU!! The breakfast was lovely, we had a full English.

Closed windows on the 6th floor, you could still hear the music outside. Smell in the hall in front of the elevator on the ground floor and at the 6th floor. There is no parking, we found one on Parr Street, the price was ok. 1,5 pound/hour.

Stuff very nice and helpful. Very nice and comfortable bed. Very good location.

No food that one of reasons wouldn't stay again when you arrive in the evening you don't expect to have to go back out after a long journey also the bar isn't much to write home about that said it's value for money

It was a touch noisy outside in Seal Street but with the window closed it was fine.

It's a lovely locational and the staff are so professional. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Great nights sleep and a fabulous shower. Also there is a fridge. I was staying 3 nights and it's handy to keep a few fresh nibbles and a couple of cold ones on hand.

It's close to the late night bars so quite noisy at night. If you are out yourself then it's fine but if want to go to bed early then ask for a room at the back as they are less noisy.

Comfortable bed, spacious room and really lovely staff. They are a credit to the hotel. The breakfast was good too.

My first room had a very tight bathroom. Barely room to sit on the toilet with out getting the radiator on your knees. The windows only open about an inch and the room gets unbearably hot. There was a portable fan but these rooms have no air con.

The location is brilliant but visitors need to be aware that you right in the middle of Clubland. I couldn't sleep till 4am on the first and second nights of my stay. The staff were very helpful and moved me to a room at the back of the hotel where it was fine.

Shower and toilet could be cleaned better. Room quite dark , could do with brighter lights. If looking for a quiet stay in Liverpool I would suggest not staying here due to close proximity to all the nightclubs and bars.

Great location in middle of city centre. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. 20 / 25 min drive from Liverpool Airport.

Because the sink was so small, it was impossible to get hot water as the water gushed out of the sink if you turned the tap hard to the right. The property was advertised as close to the Philharmonic Hall but was actually a long walk uphill to it.

Disability access was good. Room very clean. Grab rails in bathroom were excellent.

The room was very warm. No air conditioning and the hotel is in the middle of a bar/nightclub area which was a bit noisy at night. If the "balcony" door was left open to cool room down ,it was a bit noisy. If door was shut, it was very warm. Could be an issue in mid summer.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The location was excellent and easy walking distance around liverpool. Staff were friendly and helpful.
