Very limited onsite parking. BUT they do have an arrangement with an offsite parking company about 6-10 minutes away which is very secure and very reasonable. Only one small washer and dryer located on their lower level making it in high demand.

Everything. The staff ate all amazing! With special Thanks to V and Abdul. They always go above and beyond the call of duty. Also has air conditioning!! Quiet at night. Free freshly baked croissants every morning available with hot beverages

The room was a little dark with poor views out of the windows, otherwise very good.

The lighting in the main living area was a little dim but nothing to worry about.

The apartment was on 2 levels, with all the amenities you would need. The overall decor was well maintained and it was very clean throughout.

The dishwasher door didn’t open the full way so it was a bit hard to figure out if we were supposed to use it or not?!

Room was lovely and spacious, well equipped and having the fridge, toaster and cutlery was a brilliant help. The beds were super comfy and the shower was good! The staff were all friendly and the coffee and crossaint breakfast was lovely.

A very small thing, but I would have liked my room serviced more frequently, I had to ask for further supplies and my rubbish was only cleared once during my stay.

I loved that I was on the 7th floor and had amazing views of the Tyne, the bridges and a general elevated view. I liked that it was very quiet. The staff were very obliging. Heaps of different spaces on the ground floor to relax, read,work or whatever you need to do.

The staff were friendly. There were free hot drinks and croissants in the morning which was a nice touch. The location was central and easy to find. The rooms were clean, functional and good sized.

Parking was around 7 min walk from the property. The discount was good so £22 for 2 days / nights.

Location - near to station and metro and quayside. It was on a quiet side street. Suite room was not large but roomy enough and well appointed. Bathroom and shower was great as was the kitchen area. Information notices were polite and helpful (not bossy).

We didn’t seem to be able to control our room temperature and couldn’t locate the TV remote. Both issues I understand just happened to specific to our room

The room's key card access proved troublesome for us - had to get our key re-coded twice.

Modern, clean and good sized room. Friendly receptionists. A great location, close to the translation, but quiet.

Close to station city center and river, all within easy walking distance. Reception staff were always on hand to help, all members of staff were polite, helpful and cheerful.

There was nothing really that we didn't like, one small point, the hotel shop is rather expensive, but apart from that it was a prefect stay.

I like the location of the hotel and the friendly approachable staff and the complimentary croissant and coffee each morning.

There is a unexpected step down into the kitchen from the adjacent bed location.

The only think we weren’t a fan of was the tv and the way it was mounted to the wall was quite hard to watch whilst lying in bed but that’s all really.

The location was great, very central to where we wanted to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast options were just croissants (really nice ones) however there was no butter/jam etc to go with, however the hotel was so lovely it hardly matters

Huge apartment only a short walk away from the train station. Free tea/coffee & croissant in the morning was a pleasant surprise. The staff were super friendly!
