I wasn't 100% sure when I could go down to get a free coffee or tea so I never went but I knew it was available to me.

The room it self needed some DIY. The main ceiling in the room needed painting. The floor in the kitchen was badly marked/damage. The living room kitchen area was very very dark think needs better lighting putting in there. The pillows was very uncomfortable.

Everything. Great location and handy to walk to places within the city centre. Free croissants in the morning were a great touch. The apartment was very spacious, clean and great for a group of 4 friends. A big shout out to Abdul on reception who was fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely book again

The shower hose was too powerful I wanted a body shower without washing or getting hair wet but the smaller hose was far too powerful and soaked myself and the bathroom

Even when aircon was off felt like there was a draft coming from it.

Good location close to train station and city centre. Great view overlooking The Tyne. Large comfy bed and the kitchen had all I needed.

Staff member was a bit rude when checking in. But never mind. There's a first time for everything. It won't put us off staying again. Everyone has bad days now and then.

Our only fault would be that it was advertised breakfast would be a selection of pastries, fresh fruit and juices. But there was only croissants and the coffee machine.

Staff where exceptional (again, as we have stayed before), lovely big comfortable bed and nice room.

The room is perfect with large comfortable bed, nice river view, small kitchen with fridge, big windows, air condition, beautiful bathroom with strong water pressure and good location.

The site is cashless if you wanted refreshments/goodies, these were charged to room. We had an extra put on our room we didnt have. Suggest giving guests a receipt for goods to prove items to purchase and alleviate any errors made in items being charged to wrong room.

Excellent location, close to transport links, city centre and quayside. Quiet stay clean, staff friendly and helpful with local knowledge.

Very limited onsite parking. BUT they do have an arrangement with an offsite parking company about 6-10 minutes away which is very secure and very reasonable. Only one small washer and dryer located on their lower level making it in high demand.

Everything. The staff ate all amazing! With special Thanks to V and Abdul. They always go above and beyond the call of duty. Also has air conditioning!! Quiet at night. Free freshly baked croissants every morning available with hot beverages

The room was a little dark with poor views out of the windows, otherwise very good.

The lighting in the main living area was a little dim but nothing to worry about.

The apartment was on 2 levels, with all the amenities you would need. The overall decor was well maintained and it was very clean throughout.

The dishwasher door didn’t open the full way so it was a bit hard to figure out if we were supposed to use it or not?!

Room was lovely and spacious, well equipped and having the fridge, toaster and cutlery was a brilliant help. The beds were super comfy and the shower was good! The staff were all friendly and the coffee and crossaint breakfast was lovely.

A very small thing, but I would have liked my room serviced more frequently, I had to ask for further supplies and my rubbish was only cleared once during my stay.

I loved that I was on the 7th floor and had amazing views of the Tyne, the bridges and a general elevated view. I liked that it was very quiet. The staff were very obliging. Heaps of different spaces on the ground floor to relax, read,work or whatever you need to do.
