Hen parties being noisy in the early hours was annoying.

Location is fantastic, walking distance to most things and next to really good public transport options for anything further afield. Room was comfortable with everything you could need and lots of nice little touches.

No netflix or apps on the TV! Was only able to access regular channels

Received an upgrade to a suite at check in - decor in the rooms and bar were gorgeous - great shower and comfortable bed - is more eco friendly than other hotels I've stayed at, you had a glass bottle to be filled with milk of your choice from the bar instead of the one use single plastic milk that's the norm at other hotels, it also had a bin split into the 3 different waste options so you could separate your recyclables & food waste from your general waste.

Just to add something, the beeping of the elevator in every floor could become a little stressful, as it felt like something was going wrong. The halls carpet was beautiful (and recycled!) but it made a little hard to roll luggage.

This has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed! I was impressed from the first step inside; The lobby is magnificent, everything is carefully decorated giving you an oasis inside the city center. Staff was highly attentive and, what's more important, seemed happy to work there! The room was spectacular, it had everything we could need while being absolutely stunning. Heating worked perfectly, the TV was easily adjustable and, my god, there were outlets near the bed!! That's so rare in Europe! The bed was perfect, the room was soundproof (although people closing doors loudly is always a problem in hotels). The hotel also sells things for you to cook in your room. This in addition to cocktails being sold until pretty late. Great bar! Oh, and the checkout time! Why can't all hotels all have the same schedules!! We had to leave early anyway, but being able to leave al 2pm is precious. TLDR: This hotel was the best part of my stay in Belfast, I could have stayed forever. In all honesty, I will prefer them in every city they are in, now and in the future. Plus: Highly recycling conscious!

Loved everything about it!!!

Great location and fun mid-century modern decor. We were within walking distance to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs!! The hotel has a lively bar with live music each evening. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious for 2 people with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. The shower had good water pressure, and the room had good lighting.

Nathan behind the desk was very friendly and welcoming and helped us with dinner reservations as soon as we arrived and Kenan in the bar was an absolute gent who looked after us the whole stay.

Could have done with mugs for tea, coffee cups were too small. A tea pot would be great. Too hot at night as the air-con control could only take the temp down to 19c.

I liked the mini kitchen. Staff were very helpful resupplied herbal teas and you could have fresh milk of your choice everyday. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This is my second time staying at Room2 and will definitely not be my last. The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and anticipate every need. Nathan in particular is so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It really is a home away from home.

If I was being really picky, the fan / heating unit in the bedroom was a little loud and the coffee included in the buffet breakfast could be a little better.

My 11 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay. A lovely modern “homely” & sustainable hotel with friendly staff. :-) Great breakfast. Loved that the hot breakfast was served in le creuset-style pots. Loved having recycling bins in the room - all hotel rooms should have these! Enjoyed trying out the peloton bikes in the gym. Great City centre location and just a few mins from airport bus stop / bus station / train station. 2pm check out absolutely fab - loved being able to chill out the last morning with all our stuff still in our room. :-) :-) Thanks everyone at room2 Belfast Hometel!!
