They couldn’t do me a steak for dinner on Sunday. But over the road could until 9pm so no drama.

Clean with lovely staff. The breakfast is absolutely on point. Amazing in every way.

The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that the outside was being done up and the building was surrounded by scaffolding. The workmen did not start early enough to disturb us. I am sure it will be wonderful when the work is finished very soon.

Location excellent right on the sea front with views of the bay. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room well equipped and comfortable. Lyme Regis is a lovely, quaint seaside town which I would love to visit again for longer.

Only down side was pack of parking and the rooms were really warm despite a fan.

Fantastic location. Beautiful place and rooms were designed at a high spec. Staff were really welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was great.

The rock point inn is a beautiful inn Perfectly situated on the sea front . Friendly staff , Clean and cosy with very comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast. I Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Very small rooms, which can’t be helped in over 200yr old property: like a ship cabin. Current apparently urgent building/roofing works unfortunately masked the sea view and general ambience. I feel a discount would have been appropriate as only a weeks notice was given by property which was too late to consider an alternative.

Harbourfront location and maritime atmosphere. Friendly staff and great food. Included breakfast excellent.

The room we were given was very small and got extremely hot despite the A/C provided. The pub's menu did not have any vegan food options which was a little disappointing.

Breakfast was incredible and the view from the tables was looking straight out onto the seafront and cliffs - amazing!

I have no complaints! It's not necessarily the cheapest place to stay in Lyme, but if you're after a lovely stay, it's worth it for the incredible location and views.

The location could not be better, right on Cobb Gate (R.I.P. the old chippy!). We had a beautiful uninterrupted sea view from our window. Perfect for anybody wishing to be right in the heart of Lyme Regis, right on the shore. The room was well appointed and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made our stay all the better. And the breakfast was excellent!

No car parking so had to pay and walk about 10 mins to use public car park. Room was compact but comfortable.

My only negative was my breakfast wasn’t very hot and my toast was a little burnt

Large spacious beamed room bedding felt amazing fabulous bathroom with sensory lighting Elemis products, plenty of lamps great coffee machine and several air con units for the warmer nights with great views of the ocean and Lyme Regis

Couldn’t fault the accommodation.

Breakfast was superb and the salmon and scrambled egg that I had on our first morning was amazing! The staff were so polite, friendly and very helpful. Located in the centre of town and would highly recommend a stay here!

The room was comfortable but it would be improved with better pillows and somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom. People should be aware that there is no lift and it is an old building with uneven stairs which could be a problem for some.

The location is great, the breakfast had lots of choice and was very generous. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking available nearby but limited to three hours.

Great position right on the beach and close to everything. Comfortable room and great shower. Breakfast was lovely and a great selection.
