The hot water control was not working properly on the shower. So you always got scalding water

noisy other residents as there are 4 flats. deposit required with 48 page terms and conditions and a handling fee. couldn’t pay deposit as my bank refused to send money to this company so arrived having paid Booking.com but didn’t know if I would get in after many massages and texts to the owner. finally sorted as waiting by the door so having travelled a long way not acceptable no parking unless you are the first of four to get there as there is a little parking space at the back for 1 car.

No tea making facility. I didn't get the code for the room door in the text they sent. On my last night the code for the front door stopped working and I couldn't get back in. The guy from the help line reported it to his manager but that's all and I was left outside. Poor.

On arrival we were met with a slightly stale smell I liken to student accommodation, as a professional I work with landlords in private rental properties and there was nothing immediately impressive about the property. granted the property has all the facilities required for a couple of travelling engineers but nothing that would make me want to stay again. the pictures on booking are very attractive but in reality the decor and bedding was a little worn with age and for a property that turns over a high amount of guests the decor needs freshening up. the mattress was unusually firm and the bed dressing pillows and blankets felt itchy and budget. overall it was a good base for us for its location to our job site but we won’t return. staff handling the booking were very helpful and their professionalism was fantastic, just need to bring the property up a notch. also my colleague had bites on his arms and legs after lying on the bed a couple minutes after arrival. the bed linen had a fresh smell but maybe the blanket and bed dressings need updating or removing.

The road outside appeared quiet, but at night there was a lot of traffic.

The house was in a residential road off a main road in to Doncaster. It was easy to get in to town. The room was clean and comfortable and the shared kitchen facilities were fine.

At one point I had to repressurise boiler in order to get hot water again. The staff were professional and guided me through video call. You can hear conversation from the next room. The street was a bit rough..

The administration team still giving 16 messages to the client Booking. Com sending messages no light on the starcase. So many other problems. Right this property is in a good location and the heating and showers are great. A comfortable bed but the kitchen needs organisation. Inspite of these problems I enjoyed, my stay in Doncaster

The location wasn't great and somewhere I wouldn't choose to stay. There wasn't much in way of parking as the location was essentially a housing estate so by the time I arrived in the evening I had no choice but to park down the road resulting in some teenager on a bike screaming in my face on my walk to the property. The "garden view" was a patch of grass with a broken wall/fence. The TV didn't work and wasn't connected to anything and the remote didn't work either. By the time the second day rolled around I decided to find alternative accommodation as I didn't feel comfortable there.

The room was tidy and well presented with the exception of a shoe impression on the wall for some reason.

Location or the place itself was nothing like the pictures advertising it and not suitable for a lone female was a bedsit in a dodgy area I stayed one night and left not a safe area to be in and there is no parking as stated and it was just dirty looking with rubbish all outside not nice at all

Block of 3 small rooms in an unkempt block Awfull smell in the communal area, which i reported but didn't receive a reply! Room was foisty Rough location, dodgy area After I booked ans paid, received a rude text advising to click the link to pay a damage deposit or booking will be cancelled! I booked 2 nights, stayed one because I had to due to time of arrival and booked a hotel second night. Don't book!
