We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location and facilities were excellent, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to a single occupancy, a couple, or a family. Eating facilities in terms of dinner on arrival were just across the road in a well-appointed pub and again highly recommended. I travel a lot on business and this really met my needs and I will certainly book next year when I visit my client again or any other client in the area. Just realise that the £95 rate included breakfast, and all in all, it was far more competitively priced and better value for money than the Premier Inn, etc. in Newmarket at £130 + £9.99 for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked, and tea's and a choice of coffee's and fruit juices. Shame to have to leave, but I'm looking forward to my return.

The guest house was located along side the river which was very peaceful. The ease of free parking for 23 hours was a help. The room looked over the river and was to a very clean standard as was the decoration. The breakfast environment was very welcoming with a variety of food.

The location was perfect for us with a pleasant river view and the room was lovely. The bathroom was luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable.
