I didn’t like the look of the pool, didn’t really use it… only went to the sauna for about 30mins to unwind. About my room.. This isn’t a major issue, there was the smell coming from the drains and toilets. I mentioned to the manager as I was leaving and he took note of it. He was very lovely very nice to talk to.

Very nice! The room was convenient.. the space was good.. very tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The buttons for setting up the room temperature/lights was a first for me. Thought that was a special feature. Overall a lovely stay. Sauna was nice. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

The location was just right for us, a bit outside from noise districts, but still within reach. Bus stop just outside the hotel. Walking distance to Big Ben, etc.

There was a foul smell that seemed to come from the drain next to the toilet in the bathroom. Was one bar of soap and no shower gel or body wash. So we had to continually transfer the soap from the sink to the shower, which seemed unnecessary. An extra bar of soap would have fixed this problem.

The location was great! And the customer service was excellent, as we were always created with a smile.

Room cleaning service could be much better. It seems they just provide clean towels and some water. Breakfast - 2 coffee machines are not enough. I spent ages waiting for the coffee, when I finally got there, there were no regular coffee beans left. When I asked staff to add some, it took 4 employees to figure out where they keep them. No electricity socket in the bathroom for the hairdryer (I understand the explanation that maybe in the UK you are not allowed to) but then at least put a mirror in the room next to a socket.

Attitude of almost every employee we encountered. Man at check in was wonderful as well as the woman who checked us in for breakfast. We had a balcony room and it was absolutely absurd it took security almost an hour to come unlock the balcony for us. That should be ready and unlocked for guests when they check in. We had to call reception multiple times to get a jump on it so we could enjoy our balcony before going to dinner.

We booked a room with a view but got no choice in whether this was facing Westminster or Battersea. Spa was not very clean, mould on the ceiling and had to book to use, also had to show proof of booking to a very rude lady on the spa reception desk. Spa has treatment rooms but no treatments are provided. Considering we largely chose this hotel due to having a pool this was a let down and we only went for 15 minutes throughout our 4 night stay.

Excellent location, with very friendly doormen. Reception were very efficient and friendly as were the staff we encountered whilst having breakfast. Breakfast had an excellent choice, eggs to order (although one morning we just didn’t get any eggs at all despite ordering with one of the waiters). Rooms were very clean, housekeeping staff were lovely. Reception got us a new towel when we asked and housekeeping provided us with extra pillows on request.

In our room there was no window to open and get fresh air. Air condition was turn on only in cold. There was no indirect lighting separate from other. There was no toilet brush. There was no tv channel.

Nothing to work with in the kitchen. No spatula or paring knife. There was one frying pan. No coffee maker. They told me to ask for anything I wanted. I decided to rough it and eat out a lot.

The options for breakfast were a little ordinary and lacked variety, especially for a buffet style breakfast. The hallways were creepy like a labyrinth.

The view from the room was extraordinary, and the location is close to a lot of big attractions. The staff we're very professional and we're helpful.

There could have been MORE tea , coffee & milk provided. The fridge wasn`t cold enough.

This hotel is situated on the banks of the river Thames. From our hotel window we had a superb view of Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. There were also views of Lambeth and Westminster bridges. Across from us, once you are over the Lambeth bridge and down the other side. You have the pick up point for the Uber water taxis. Its an excellent way to see the famous landmarks of London. The Covid memorial wall is also close by, just down by the river. Our Junior suite had plenty of room and its own balcony over looking the river Thames. A super King sized bed, also a bathroom with toilet, bath and shower, straight off the bedroom. The best views from our window and balcony were at night, when London was all lit up ✨...A good sized room, great location and excellent views.

Bathroom shower were broken and wasn’t repaired. But wasn’t too bad as it was usable.

The lack of communication and organisation between staff members. We called and asked for a late check out around 8am (late check out for 1PM). This was confirmed by the receptionist. We went out, came back at 12:30pm to be told we cannot enter the room as they are cleaning it. All our luggage was in the room. We spoke to a man on the front desk and he was incredibly rude, asking if we rang the right people and that it wasn’t put through the system. Our room was also not made up, after requesting housekeeping & having the green ‘make up’ room light on. We called and asked for it to be done & 2hrs later, someone came up and did our room. They didn’t leave any toilet paper, soap or tissues so we had to all again.

The room was spacious, very comfy beds & lovely duvets. Bathroom was fairly clean. Wail & Romero were outstanding & made our trip wonderful. Very kind and extremely helpful 🩷
