No fresh air. The huge windows could do with some sort of ventilation, Air conditioning upsets me so I can’t have it on, subsequently the room was very hot and stuffy.

Apart from a few stains on the windows when we arrived, there was nothing we disliked.

Room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the London Eye. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city as multiple highlights are within walking distance and for others you can use public transport from Victoria station, which is a short three minute walk from the hotel.

The walk to our room was ridiculous. We were in the 110 section where we had to take the elevator to level 2, then walk down the steps and up the steps and down the halls…… it was a maze to get in and out each time. You really need to figure out how to be able to use that elevator that puts you right out at the restaurant to get to the lobby even when the restaurant is closed.

Location was perfect - walking distance to major attractions like the palace; close to Victoria station. Room was spacious and provided the bedding we needed (2 singles and a single pull out for 3 friends traveling together). The continental breakfast offered more than we could ever have expected. A great treat! I would definitely stay here again.

Minor things.. Shower door seal was wrongly installed, leaking on floor - flipped it around and it stopped leaking.

Modern hotel so rooms not as large as older hotels. For business travelers the in room desk is small.

Great facilities, great staff and perfect location for access to all key city center destinations and both public transport interchanges (Rail/bus/coach/underground) and taxi ranks. Great selection and quality of food for breakfast.

Because of the pod type design, although the hotel was modern and clean, it felt as though our whole bed moved from activity elsewhere, presumably along the corridor or backing on to our room. Very sudden when you’re not expecting it and it did disturb us.

We chose a room with a view, unfortunately there is a wall next to the bed in the room, so there is no view from the bed. And now, unfortunately, a crane right outside the windows. Otherwise, the view is eye catching and Westminster, very nice.

Restaurant closed apart from breakfast time. And the long walk to breakfast, with long waits for a single lift, was frustrating - we abandoned it and made a perfectly acceptable walk across the road to the main lobby and rather more lifts. Our room had no daylight - it was probably mentioned in the booking, but we didn’t know that there was no window even into an internal atrium.

Spacious room. Unintrusive but automatic attention to rooms - a change these days. Very decent selection for breakfast.

Automatic light in bathroom kept coming on when you used the bathroom at night , waking up my partner. Should have been told by reception about this and that hotel maintenance could have come along and de activated it if asked! No carpets in the room - Lino Hotel is a rabbit warren of corridors - some lifts did not take you to reception If you did not know the way (and we found it by accident) you generally have your go outside to set to another part of the hotel for breakfast.

A bit strange having to leave the hotel and cross the road to access the restaurant. Ok when the weather is fine but in the cold and/or rain this would not be a great start to the morning.

Clean, well run and efficient. Good selection of hot and cold choices. Very much liked the added touch of providing take-out cups/lids for hot drinks. An excellent start to the day.

Mattress sagged at the hips, needs replacement. Lacked amenities: no soap, slippers, toothbrush, or toothpaste. Handwash bottle mislabeled as shampoo.

We were put in a family room that had accessible bathroom. It was a bit odd for someone that didn’t actually need this as the toilet seat was quite high. The shower was not the best for water pressure and it flooded the bathroom one day when not draining. The staff did assist us very quickly though. The breakfast was good but a touch repetitive after so many days. I wish they would not allow people to smoke right outside the door to the breakfast area. It all blows right back in every time the door opens. If this bothers you don’t sit near the entrance to the street.

Great location near Victoria Train station and Tube stop as well as bus. We could adjust temperature in the room. We also liked the tea and coffee station in the room including kettle and mini fridge. The staff in the breakfast area are all excellent and work very hard.

No evening meal facilties despite what it said in room info. Also no lounge ar5ea just a few seats spread around reception . Price paid would have expected a lounge area. Felt more like an up market Premier Inn .
