Staff allowed us into our room early as it was ready. Bags were stored for us the next day, for a couple of hours. Breakfast was good. The view from our room was wonderful. Location very useful for Central London, especially as we had an appointment at Buckingham Palace next day - 10 minutes walk away.

There was no concierge service, no city maps on site. I thought the staff was a bit aloof except for the bartender. It would have been nice to have some complimentary real coffee in the afternoon or evenings. Although the room had a water pot, the coffee was instant. If you like tea, bags were provided. We stayed 10 days but the sheets were never changed.

The location was less than a block to Victoria Train station, buses and Underground. The Train Station had a pharmacy, money exchange, convenience store, and some fast food restaurants. It was a short walk to Buckingham Palace. The breakfast restaurant is across the street and offered a wide variety of items on buffet. A number of restaurants for dinner were within a short walk. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was awesome! There was a bar in the hotel.

I felt it was way overpriced for what it was. And small things such as there being no complimentary bottled water, normally provided in far less expensive hotels detracted from the overall quality of the hotel. Also, a very busy breakfast room, remote from the hotel also gave the impression of a cheap hotel at exorbitant rates.

Having to go across the road for breakfast, not ideal, was ok for us but it was nice weather, wouldn’t have been great in the winter having to put coats on to go for breakfast

Bed a little on the firm side for our liking, breakfast coffee tasted like instant which is a shame because the rest of breakfast was good quality.

The room was cramped. There wasn't enough space to sit at the desk because of the bed. A foot more space would have been welcomed.

Nice decor, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Fantastic choice of food.

Room was a tad on the small side for the prize and as we were on the first floor on the opposite side of the road from reception it was a bit of a faff to get to our room as the hotel is built over a road and down on each side so we had to go up to 5th floor walk across then back to the 1st each time.

Great location for Victoria stations, with great links through the city. Room was modern and clean with a very comfy bed.

No fresh air. The huge windows could do with some sort of ventilation, Air conditioning upsets me so I can’t have it on, subsequently the room was very hot and stuffy.

Apart from a few stains on the windows when we arrived, there was nothing we disliked.

Room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the London Eye. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city as multiple highlights are within walking distance and for others you can use public transport from Victoria station, which is a short three minute walk from the hotel.

The walk to our room was ridiculous. We were in the 110 section where we had to take the elevator to level 2, then walk down the steps and up the steps and down the halls…… it was a maze to get in and out each time. You really need to figure out how to be able to use that elevator that puts you right out at the restaurant to get to the lobby even when the restaurant is closed.

Location was perfect - walking distance to major attractions like the palace; close to Victoria station. Room was spacious and provided the bedding we needed (2 singles and a single pull out for 3 friends traveling together). The continental breakfast offered more than we could ever have expected. A great treat! I would definitely stay here again.

Minor things.. Shower door seal was wrongly installed, leaking on floor - flipped it around and it stopped leaking.

Modern hotel so rooms not as large as older hotels. For business travelers the in room desk is small.

Great facilities, great staff and perfect location for access to all key city center destinations and both public transport interchanges (Rail/bus/coach/underground) and taxi ranks. Great selection and quality of food for breakfast.

Because of the pod type design, although the hotel was modern and clean, it felt as though our whole bed moved from activity elsewhere, presumably along the corridor or backing on to our room. Very sudden when you’re not expecting it and it did disturb us.

We chose a room with a view, unfortunately there is a wall next to the bed in the room, so there is no view from the bed. And now, unfortunately, a crane right outside the windows. Otherwise, the view is eye catching and Westminster, very nice.

Very nice hotel, fast accommodation, sensational breakfast, comfortable room and above all strategic excellent location in Victoria.
