We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomReal lack of staff at times. no one on reception on arrival, busy afternoon - mix up with food order( although it was rectified) tables not cleared when other guests left. Again at breakfast, No staff around, found breakfast room only 1 member of staff on duty initially. Wasn’t that busy but slow service & having to ask/find staff. Continental option basic, cooked was ok. Bedrooms all a bit dated, very creamy floorboards!

United KingdomThe shower was over the bath, and a grab rail would be useful to help with getting in & out, as nothing to hold on to except the small rack for holding shower gels etc.
Bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was superb, and I was also in a large group booked in for lunch, which turned out to be very good value, with the meal, drinks and service all perfect. Special thanks to Lauren who looked after me at breakfast, and all of us at lunch!

United KingdomDécor was a little tired but considering the cost of the room it was still good value. The cooked breakfast was tasty enough but could have been a lot warmer. It was barely tepid. The sausages were cooked but had no colour to them. The bacon rashers were lovely and thick but only just cooked and the mushrooms were virtually raw so I didn't eat these. The beans were also lukewarm!
The view was stunning. Set up in the hills overlooking the valley towards the Welsh Hills. perfect location for those wanting to walk Cleeve Hill. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when we asked about buses into Cheltenham as we didn't want to take the car

The view from the Hotel was excellent, Breakfast was ok, room was comfortable and refills were left in a bag by the door when I left a do not disturb sign on the door. Access to Cleeve Hill was from the back of the hotel which was half way up the hill.

Absolutely superb location - the views from the terraced beer garden and our room were amazing. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and ample supplies of tea, coffee and milk etc. We used the restaurant for our evening meal and both really enjoyed the food and service. Breakfast was in another room with double aspects views across the valley. We could easily see why you have become licenced to conduct Wedding Ceremonies and have more than enough rooms to deal with a Wedding party. We were attending an event at Prescott Hill Climb which was about 11 minutes drive away - Perfect.
