We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

position was excellent; room with balcony was delightful; really nicely cooked breakfast. All the staff were fantastic - happy, welcoming, friendly and very helpful - acted ‘like a family’.

United KingdomI forgot to report this The bedside lamp and reading light I couldn’t have on because it was flickering. My room was a little small and the floor sloped which wasn’t a problem until I got up in the night and forgot. The corridors were rather narrow.
Breakfast was good down to earth no frills it was fresh apart from the sausages which I believe were previously Frozen . Staff were attentive. They had good a range of beverages . My room was clean and was cozy .

Good location for the seafront and harbour.. Clean and comfortable room at the rear of the hotel with plenty of storage space for clothes/bags. Room well serviced daily. Generally quiet inside the hotel so slept well. Excellent breakfasts - good choice, quality ingredients and attentive staff.

Very good value for money. Not a posh hotel but the staff know what they are doing and are very professional and friendly. The staff at breakfast are true workhorses and so accommodating. The place is very clean and exceptionally well maintained. Great location and great value for money.
