Not been able to shower but it was just unlucky. Barbara did tryher best to have this sorted. But this did not put us off coming back.

Gorgeous room, beautiful kitchen, breakfast was fab. Host Barbara was excellent. Quiet area, cosy and just genuine excellent place. We will definitely be back and will be recommending the B & B to family and friends.

Barbara was very obliging, friendly and attentive. The the goodies left was a lovely gesture along with available toiletries. The room was excellent with comfortable bed and lounge facilities. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Nothing- it was perfect

Incredible welcome from Barbara including explaining facilities of which you have access to full kitchen, lounge and dining room at all times. The breakfast as mentioned on this site is excellent and I had an early start a couple of times and Barbara organised a take away. The bedroom was was very nice, super comfy bed, fridge, en-suite and towels, slippers and dressing gown provided.

Made to feel that, as well as our room, we had access to the lounge and kitchen if we so desired. Everything was there to ensure our comfort and the extras in the room's fridge were exceptionally welcome and thoughtful. The breakfast was phenomenal. We made up a word for them ... FAT-TASTIC. Barbara could not have been more friendly and helpful, always providing humour and advice for our visit to the area.

We had such great time here! The place is very nice, the room is spacious, with many comforts, also very silent. Barbara is very welcoming person and prepare an excellent British Breakfast with many different option. Outside the surroundings are beautiful. We hope to come back!

The place, the atmosphere and the warm smile of the hostess. It was the best place to relax after walking around the whole day and away from any noises of the city.Fantastic breakfast and lovely room. The bed was comfortable and there is nothing else to say except exceptional ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ . Barbara picked us up half way..as it was new place for us and the nearest railway station is the best transport to the city. It was lovely nature, calming 😌 place to stay.

I couldn’t fault anything, it was perfect.

Breakfast was delicious and very filling and the room was very comfortable, spacious and included a small fridge with some goodies. I slept very soundly and couldn’t have asked for a better stay, the hostess is very welcoming and kind and was brilliant with us. I would happily stay here again next time I travel to Scotland.

Loved everything, it was amazing. The best part was going out to the barn to see the horses!

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, with horse-themed artifacts all around. Homemade breakfast made to order daily - delicious and great choice. Lovely location in the country side with horses and sheep nearby. Barbara was very helpful and welcoming. She trains horses and has a horse sanctuary at the location too. Loved the little extras such as the fridge filled with milk, water bottles, Prosecco, biscuits and crisps, as well as the bath robe and slippers. Would definitely recommend. Good location. We parked the car at Halbeath park and ride one day and took the bus into Edinburgh (6 pounds) - 1/2 hour ride to the city. The next day we visited Stirling castle and Glenturret whisky distillery.

The breakfasts options were great with plenty of choice. And all home cooked too. We were seated in the dining room, with a great view of horses.

I stayed here for like an week. Breakfasts were delicious! Very comfortable bed and beautiful furniture's and of course amazing host which will help with everything! Strongly recommend this place!

I disliked absolutely nothing.

As I had not seen any photos of the house I was amazed and extremely satisfied (not a good enough word really) by the whole presentation. My bedroom was exquisite and the bed was to die for as well as being comfortable. Best sleeps I have had in ages. Barbara, my host, was delightful, warm, welcoming and extremely kind. A small fridge was provided along with bottled water, real milk for my coffee and snacks. This lady goes above and beyond and you will not be disappointed if you choose to spend time in her B&B. What have I left out, well the lounge and dining room are beautifully furnished and of course the food was plentiful and all were certainly appreciated by me. Thank you Barbara, I hope you have a vacancy when next I visit Fife. I apologise for not providing photos but I did take a video of my room but I am not technically savvy enough to upload it.

Having to pack the car up to come back home

Excellent B&B. Barbara is the loveliest person you could ever meet and it really blossoms in her hospitality. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Brilliant breakfasts and excellent rooms. We will be returning.
