All was good.

The hotel is smart, comfortable and very clean. My room was a good size. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast room and garden are very pleasant. The hotel is only a 5 minutes walk away from an excellent and frequent bus service into the centre of Oxford.

As there was nothing interesting on TV, the access to one of the streaming platforms would be nice :o)

I liked my room, it was quite big as for the single room in British hotels - the bed was comfortable, the bathroom with a good shower and clean, soft towels, there was a hair dryer and the room was serviced every day. Tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water were available every day. The heating was on if you wanted it. The location was perfect - only 20 mins by bus to the city centre. The staff were super nice. I do recommend the hotel.

It is quite a distance from the centre but multiple buses pass within 30m to the city centre. 2 buses to the station. The closest shops, m&s food, tesco express and a kebab van in.the evenings are a 10 minute walk. As a sole traveller I would have found a mini fridge useful.

Lovely hotel. Nice size room and thankfully plain walls unlike the ones on here. I was in room 9, the bathroom was on the main road side but the bed faced the (Lovely!) garden. So as long as the bathroom door was closed at night it was pretty quiet for sleeping. Lovely large shower and comfortable bed. Good breakfast, although the bacon was a little overcooked for my liking both mornings. Great selection though, cereals, yoghurt and fruit, and croissants. Pleasant girls on reception/breakfast duties. All around a very pleasant stay.

The rooms were very small so it was hard to arrange luggage in an accessible manner. Hallways and stairs were narrow. Air conditioning was limited to fans.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Buses to city center were frequent and the bus stop was very close.

Despite being on a fairly busy road the room was particularly quiet and unlike a few of my recent stays at other establishments, the television was massive !! Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast.

The receptionist Alex was brilliant and friendly. Breakfast was first class and so many choices. There is plenty of parking available in front of the hotel. Definitely recommend

We had a lovely room on the ground floor which was ideal for my mother but the bath was a bit high for her so it could do with a grab rail, also would be nice to have some drawers next to the bed.

Water pressure on shower was very low. They don't have a licensed bar but they are only a short walk to local pubs and restaurants.

Nice well appinted room with en-suite. Plenty of plug sockets next to bed - very good!

Our room felt a bit unloved and uncared for with iron burn marks on the carpet. Our shower head was a white plastic add on the the original shower, it was small and more like a hand held one. It did not give you enough water coverage.

The breakfast was excellent and tasted fresh and lots of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The décor downstairs was superb. Parking onsite is small but I have always got a space there.

Our room was fine but could do with a repaint to freshen it up.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, freshly cooked and plenty of choice. Bus stop outside the hotel for a short ride into the city £2 each way or only an hour to walk in. A fantastic Italian restaurant (Mamma Mia) nearby to the hotel which was reasonably priced and served great pizza etc.

Nothing to dislike

Location of hotel is excellent and plenty of free parking. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very polite and eager to help. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice. The bus stop to Oxford city was very close by or just a 30 minute walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

The rooms were very small and there was only one chair for the two people. There was no area to sit and relax at the hotel. It is not convenient how to get to the city center from there unless you have a car.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was correct. The rooms were clean. There was a shopping area at walking distance with supermarket and restaurants.

Bathroom wasn't as clean as we would have expected. Breakfast kept warm on hot plates results in dry food.

Nicely decorated big rooms and very friendly staff. Location good for a quick exit from Oxford to the north and ring road. Easy to get into Oxford by bus. Parking. Very comfortable bed. Pleasant breakfast room.
