there was nobody to meet us and help with allocation, the only shelf in a wardrobe was broken, shower was not working properly as well

To many things to say. It needs some serious attention and quite honestly should have guests until it’s had a lot of work done on it. We didn’t feel safe, random people came knocking on the door, there was no manned reception or staff on site. Cobwebs and dirt everywhere. The surrounding area is a rubbish tip. Basic at its very extreme. It definitely shouldn’t be offered as a place to stay by Booking.com or any other site.

grim when we turned up. the garage door looked like it had been smashed up and the front door was left open. we didn’t have clean towels and someone had already used the complimentary shower gel sachets. the curtains were almost transparent and the security light outside kept coming on. funny smell in corridor.

The shower didn't work properly and I had to get the gentleman to help us navigate the shower as the handle is missing. There was only a quarter of a used toilet roll available and only 1 towel for 2 people. Saying this, it was late at night and all issues were rectified immediately.

Very close to the airport! The gentleman who lives on site was extremely helpful at a late time in the evening when we arrived. The bed was comfortable.

No-one at reception. Key wasn’t in box like I was told but that’s because they moved me into another room without telling me. Dirtier than I’d have expected. No towels etc.

I was scared while I was staying as everything felt quite sketchy. The hallway stinks of weed, and it feels quite unsafe. It was really hard to find the building in the dark and it was unclear that I was able to walk straight in the front door.

It was easy to get into the room - a code was given to unlock a box with the room key so it didn't matter that I arrived late and no one was needed to check me in. It was easy to get a bus to stansted airport in the morning.

There was nobody on the very small reception table and chair that they have there. Pressed bell - no answer. After 20 minutes someone came out and told me I needed a code to access the key to the room. Nobody answers first 2 calls. Third call someone answered as Booking.com didn’t provide me with any code.

The room was quiet. Room was as I expected.

the room was very strange - almost like a closet above the lobby - low ceeling - 180cm - bed not full length- matress very thin - bathroom very small - too much noice from lobby until 12 midnight

The floor was filthy, the questions i sent by mail weren’t answered. There was no lights on on arrival, no on site staffing or to answer my telephone calls prior the arrival. Tea facilities ok but no milk. No smoke alarm and smelt of paint.

Location easy for airport but no transfers available.

on arrival key box broken so key available to anyone…in the room no milk no toilet roll no spoon. after THREE phone calls and we’ll over an hour of waiting finally got cartons of milk and one half previously used toilet roll!! it does not take an hour to deliver milk… well it obviously does and a half a loo roll service diabolical and no one is on site to help the shower is broken needs fixing room 1!

I've emailed this hotel 3 times now asking for a receipt to be sent and still nothing if I had of seen someone inwiudl have ask for a receipt but I met no one here all the time I was here

Cleaning the room would be a great start. Dirty sheets and towels, cups and bathroom weren't just from one night. There were old cob webs, and water stain/marks. I refused to stay, even though I arrived after 1 am.
