TV was not easy to navigate, WFI network not listed. No information on how anything works in the apartment. Labelling needed for fridge freezer, and dishwasher as the fridge was turned off by accident.Trying to dry my hair in the bedroom was not easy as the mirror was too far away from the socket.

Good location, spacious accommodation, great for exploring the local towns and villages.

All excellent. Just to let you know the toaster is probably nearing the end of its life. The metal on the top and side overheats and both myself and husband burnt our fingers on it (nothing serious), but wouldn’t want anyone else to hurt themselves.

I think for the price and compared to other places we have stayed in Cromer, that small touches such as toilet roll left for use, earlier check in and later check out and a newer mattress in the main room would allow the property to get to the next level of greatness. Linens on beds were thin and old looking. We stayed for 5 nights and small touches like leaving a pack of toilet roll, versus the 4 (and then subsequent 2 rolls), inspire goodwill and would have me return again. A later checkout, 12pm would also go a long way especially since check in isn’t until 5pm. Catering to these small requests would really make a difference. Otherwise a lovely stay and a very nice space to enjoy the seaside. We love Cromer!

Lovely property with easy access to town and beach. We have been to Cromer many times and this location was by far quiet and convenient. Property was clean, spacious and very easy to start enjoying the holiday. Hosts were communicative.

A small thing: but an info sheet reminding us how to contact the host, advising which network (of the several available) worked with the Wi-Fi code, plus basic instructions for tv etc... would have been helpful. Instruction booklets were available & we worked it all out in the end, but this would have been very welcome.

A lovely apartment, spacious, light, well modernised and well equipped, in a fascinating old building. Great view of roof tops, trees, and sea in the distance. Perfect location, a quick stroll to the sea and town, in a quiet street with parking that felt secure. We had a couple of overcast, wet days and it was a great place just to hang out reading, with a super-efficient heating system briefly used when the weather got a bit cold. Prompt and friendly response when we needed help to work the TV!

Not a major issue for us but the apartment is the on top floor of a Tudor Villa so a bit of a climb after day's activities

It was unclear which flat we had booked as the address provided is for the main building, we figured it out (tried to unlock the neighbours door, whoops). Lots of stairs, which I guessed from the pictures of the rooftops outside the window, but a heads up would be helpful for those less mobile. Car park is V dark. Flat was very cold when we arrived and the water the next day was not warm so we had to tweak the heating and boiler.

Great location. Spacious dining/kitchen/living area and a very comfy sofa. Clean and well looked after. Bathroom was big and bright. Would book again.

A tin opener and a large wooden spoon would be nice additions. Look for the " Tudor Villas" sign.

Location. Very close to the beach, shops and the church where the peregrine falcons nest. Yet still peaceful and quiet. Inside. Spotlessly clean with a well appointed kitchen. The double bedroom is very spacious and the bed comfortable. The twin is smaller but fine for two children or teenagers The lounge/ diner/kitchen are all in one large room which has been very well planned. The corner sofa is comfy and big enough for four. The bathroom is a generous size with a roomy shower and separate bath. There is a full size oven and microwave. A large fridge and large freezer. Plenty of plates, bowls, etc Out and about. I recommend visiting Highball climbing centre in Norwich for a climbing taster session, great value and great fun.

The beds were awful. In the main room the mattress was soft and had sunk in the middle, leaving us both with back ache and hardly any sleep. We had to switch rooms to the 2 singles. The mattresses were much better, but the bases were both so wobbly that every time you moved it felt like you were on a ship, so we got little sleep there too. The shower could have done with having a shelf for soap, shampoo etc.

Beautiful apartment. Well equipped and lots of lovely stylish touches. Super comfy beds, blankets and cushions. Great open-planned homely space with a lovely kitchen and bathroom with big shower and luxury bath. Nice views and super close to the beach for walks and views. Close to the town centre too and quiet. An ideal location. Friendly owners and parking off road. Really recommend this gorgeous apartment for a stay in Cromer.

Top floor flat in a lovely old building. Large rooms, big parking area, quiet street in a nice area and a short stroll from the town or the cliff-top park. 5-10 minutes from the beach. The flat was spotless, well furnished and spacious. For our family of three there was plenty of room. A nice touch was a basket of goodies left by the hosts, including a loaf of bread, local biscuits and two pints of milk in the fridge.

The only thing we felt was missing was instructions for recycling, using the oven, heating and general amenities. We figured it out but maybe a little guide for the apartment would be useful.

Comfortable and well appoinment accommodation. Great location with only a short walk though the park to get to the town centre and beach. We had a really lovely holiday.
