There wasn't anything we didn't like

The location is amazing with beautiful scenery. Very quiet and peaceful. Accommodation is clean, cosy but spacious, and modern clean decor throughout. Everything is provided in the kitchen to prepare and cook your own meals. There is a list of recommended restaurants to visit as well. Local supermarkets deliver groceries, too. The pool is amazing and available for guests to use at all times. After 7pm it's only available for adults which for us was perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed a couple of late evening swims, and we had the pool completely to ourselves.

I couldn't think of a single negative comment towards red doors, everything was great!

We loved everything about red doors, it was so clean and homely. The owners were lovely and they left us a welcome hamper with delicious scones! We loved seeing the animals and being able to interact with the goats. The pool was warm and so clean, we could book out hour slots so we could relax and swim together in peace. The surrounding area of the farm was so peaceful and the view was gorgeous!

I have never stayed at a self catering property as amazingly beautiful as this. It truly is a hidden gem if you’re travelling to Devon. Brilliant facilities, spotlessly clean and friendly, kind hosts. A fantastic stay and we are already aiming to book another trip here - thank you so much.

Lovely place to stay. Beautiful surroundings. Excellent facilities. Lovely hosts,. We are very pleased that we found this haven. We will definitely visit again for longer next time,. When talking to someone today looking for somewhere to stay in this area we recommended Red Doors Farm Cottages with no hesitation. Thank you for helping to make our stay memorable.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had a very warm friendly welcome off Tim and Gill and also love from Georgie the dog. The accommodations was perfect in every way. It was literally home from home. Buildings and grounds were absolutely immaculate. I used the pool on 2 occasions. Fantastic addition to the accommodation at red doors. There was no instruction on the heating controls and the automatic setting kicked in overnight and gave me a chilly morning surprise. I was not too bad and I'll pay more attention to it next time.

Spacious, stylish and comfy place to stay when you are around. I love that the pool is always open so I could go for a let evening and early morning swim as well. Just perfect.

The bed is very firm my partner loved it though so give or take.

Visiting family near by . As we usually stay in a premier inn this was a real treat to our christmas stay. We felt like we were in the the film the holiday they had set a little christmas tree up which was a great touch . Really cosey lay out with the kitchen and living room eating dinner next to the log fire (all equipment set up for you to make your own). there is a tesco 10 minute drive to pick up any food and drinks you need . kitchen fully equiped. on arrival a welcoe package with scones , jam cream and fudge were left in a package which was a nice touch. We really see us staying for future family visits. The bathroom is so lovely with a huge bath , walk in shower and his and hers sinks . Even though we stayed during the storm it didnt stop us going for lovely walks in the local area

I cannot fault our stay at Red Doors Farm Cottages. The weather was wet but it is mid winter and that didn't stop my family from enjoying the facilities.

The location is beautiful and the farm / accommodation is well kept with excellent facilities. The cottage interior, decor and facilities are of a very high standard yet cosy, homely and also well equipped.

There was nothing we did not like.

The cottage was a great standard, a swimming pool was an added bonus and overall the setting and location was beautiful. The bedding was good quality and mattress and pillows were comfy. When you go away you want somewhere as nice if not nicer than your own home and the bathroom was great too with the double waterfall shower, roll top bath and twin sinks (bathroom much nicer than our own !)

It is hard to find fault, but if there was one tiny thing, it would be a larger double bed, as we are used to a kingsize bed, but this was fine for our stay.

Set in a beautiful rural location, this charming property is of a high standard and was clean and well equipped for all our family's needs. The welcome hamper on arrival was a lovely touch and we really enjoyed the cream tea. We loved using the indoor pool, feeding the animals and relaxing in the lovely gardens. There is also a sauna and games room. There's plenty to do in the area and its close enough to visit several beaches in the car, also some good places to eat in local villages. A wonderful stay and we hope to be back. The hosts Tim and Gill, are two genuinely nice people.

The location was amazing and everything for the kids was fantastic - outdoor play, gardens, animals, games room, trampoline and the swimming pool! Hosts were lovely and really friendly and left us a lovely welcome box with freshly made scones - absolutely fabulous, would definitely stay here again.
