Very rough track from the road to the caravan, and there was a little bit of damp or condensation in the main bedroom

Amazing location so quiet, very peaceful and lovely cosy caravan.

Access road was really bad. The bed size was too small. There was no toaster.

The view was amazing. Very calm and quite place with a lot of privacy.

The only thing we were a little gutted about was that we weren’t allowed on the grassed area next door. We’d have loved to have lay in the sun but that area strictly for the bell tent & hut occupants only.

Everything. The breath taking views, the cows outside our window, Nancy 🐴, the tranquility, peace, the home away from home feel and the location! Brilliant hiking trails right on the doorstep 👍🏻

The bed is quite short and in squeezed in between walls so can't hand feet of the bed. We are both quite tall do unable to stretch our legs in the bed otherwise the bed was very comfy.

Amazing location, very peaceful accommodation with everything you might need. Location great for walks/runs, no need to drive anywhere. Caravan was nice, clean and comfy.

The track leading to the site is full of potholes which for a smaller car isn't fun. The two single beds are very narrow. Fire alarm went off a couple of times when starting up the oven but blew on it and it stopped!

Gorgeous area with plenty of walking routes close to the site. The double bed might be short for taller people but is really comfy. Enough utensils and hardly any learning curve for use of the gas combi boiler (didn't have any trouble regulating the shower temperature), oven and living-room fire. No WiFi but 4G/5G ok. Comfortable sofa and enough space for 2. Outside seating area is lovely. Greeted when we arrived by one of the owners and a herd of calves. View from the living room window is great. Stayed warm in chilly June weather - I thought the bathroom would be cold after a shower as it doesn't have heating but it wasn't too bad at all.

I’m quite tall, so the bed wasn’t long enough but it is a camping style hut and the mattress was comfortable.

Radiator in main bedroom but not in the twin bed room, but that's just the design of the caravan/no room for one! Not loads of kitchen utensils but space is limited. We made do with what there was!

Lovely location near to The Roaches. Great for walks. Nice cosy caravan. Hot shower. Extra blankets for when temperatures dropped at night. Staff were friendly, making suggestions of where we could go for day trips. Would definitely stay again!

The insulation of the caravan is not great. We were feeling cold at night in the middle of summer despite using all available blankets. Other guests in the Gypsy caravan were playing loud music past 11pm, despite set quiet time from 10pm.

An old static caravan with a good level of maintenance inside. Clean. Comfy beds (however rather short). Carefully arranged surroundings, to give guests a good level of privacy. Outdoor furniture. Beautiful view. Great location for walks in the Trossachs.

As we don't drive we went for a walking holiday and the small country lane that leads to the caravan is very very long and narrow. Don't use car sat nav as it will not get you to the location. Use your mobile. Would recommend for drivers as you need to travel a while to get to shops. Don't make a mistake and access wrong entrance as they won't be happy. The land owner is obviously frustrated with these mistakes. Television stopped working so had nothing on 2nd day and was replaced the morning after. Also a shame that the tea rooms were/ are closed and week days at the moment and village pubs closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

The caravan was private and had beautiful views. Was very cold at night, however, the owner had put loads of warm blankets in for you to use and the heating helps a lot. Easy access to the roaches for hiking. Wish I could have stayed longer absolutely stunning xx very secluded. The young lady who helped us with any issues was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

These are small niggles and nothing we couldnt get past but somethings to be aware of when making your decisions. The hot water runs at a much lower pressure to the cold, this means when showering you have to balance the cold tap to a millimeter of adjustment otherwise it goes from very hot to very cold in an instant. The double bed has been turned to give more room in hte double bedroom however it is headboard to wall, as a ft guy i couldnt stretch full length without going diagnally across the bed, this isnt an issue for me as my wife is alot shorter so didnt need the space at the foot of the bed but not being able to hang feet off the end like i normally do meant it became a little tight but we did get used to it after a couple of days. There is no phone or internet reception in or around the immediate site. If you walk back along the drive route for a minute or so then you will get reception but again if you are planning to spend time using internet to watch movies of an evening then forget about it and bring along a dvd boxset. Finally just be aware that the temperature in the caravan drops quickly at night so whilst the heaters are on is can feel nice and cosy but within an hour of them being off it does get cold, this is to be expected but caught us a little of guard on our first night

The static caravan was exactly as shown in the pictures and was quiet and in a great location for walking trips. All cuttlery and cooking facilities were provided so was very easy to prepare food etc
