Could have done with larger pillows.

Property was very clean and tidy. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The bar food we had was very nice as were the breakfasts. Room was good, bed very comfortable. Also plenty of parking spaces.

The property was all good. Facilities, room and staff all lovely. We didn’t like having to wait 30 minutes to be seated for breakfast and then everything running out so having to wait for restocking of coffee, juice, hot food items, fruit, pastries… then once finally eating our breakfast being told service was over and we needed to leave. We arrived just before 09:30am having been told we didn’t need to book a slot and services was open from 07:00-10:30am. If we’d been told booking a slot was recommended as a certain time was considered ‘peak time’ we would have happily done so.

Lovely size room, reception staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The spa was a perfect treat for R and R. We booked our stay as a birthday treat and were very touched to receive a complimentary drinks voucher and find some delicious mini cakes beautifully presented in our room. Our dinner was also lovely in the Bay Tree restaurant, service was excellent and efficient. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

In the first room, the bathroom had no external light. In the second, 230, there was nowhere to put the suitcase.

Prices of food and drink. Obvious stains around pool at water level, and on white overflow tiles around jaccuzzi. Lack of hanging hooks in room for wet towels and bath robes. Lack of alternative sizes in slippers and bath robes for larger people. Very noisy (loud voices) passing rooms in corridors at night. Atmosphere in restaurant was not relaxing.

Room was excellent. Food was excellent but over priced, as were drinks. Very helpful, friendly staff.

We have been here a few times, the facilities are always good, clean, and very acceptable. The breakfast is good with many choices, but not so if you want dinner, a bit ‘fast food’ and not always open.

Breakfast service was chaos , all staff looked stressed and overwhelmed. Almost wasn’t able to have breakfast as woman at front of house said “ you can have breakfast if I can find you a seat” which is something you don’t want to hear if you’ve prepaid for a service. The whole breakfast timings needs a new system in my opinion.

Woman at front of desk was really helpful and attentive, Room was comfortable and good value for money.

that I slipped and fell in the shower, I then off course noticed a mat, never had that happen before, was painful and surprised how slippy the bath was, suggest, big sticker, warning sign.

Was there on sunday evening, restraunt was full/closing but the staff served us at the bar, let us pick from the restraunt menu, and when it came to desert, I think we were after the 9.30 kitchen closed and the Manager sorted us out, he was exceptionally polite and give good service, we stayed on the night of the 24th March, credit where credit is due, please thank him and the bar staff who where also very good

Our room was so fat away from the reception that coming and going was a trek. The restaurant in the evening, the meals I felt didn't cater for everyone
