Staff not very helpful. quite abrupt. When we went fir breakfast we were told this was not included. As.my phone was giving me problems I couldn't access my email with booking details. We specifically chose your hotel as it included breakfast. Won't be back wouldn't recommend, in fact with warn others to be aware of this

We arrived about 2.45 as we were guests at a wedding hereby. System was down therefore delay in getting checked in hence delayed arriving at wedding reception. Paid for parking however on return from wedding after midnight no spaces available, my husband has a disability.

A bit tired but they make the most of it.

Very nice staff, big rooms with a good desk for working and great shower. Spacious with really nice shower gel / shampoo. The breakfast staff and reception especially friendly.

Couldn’t get rooms with friends together, on 2 different floors. Outside smoking area was good however would be better if there was some seating.

Room was good and bed was very comfortable only fault was it cost me £24 for 1 plate of cornflakes, orange juice and a coffee as only one price for breakfast no matter what you eat

The room was fine, the staff were excellent. The food wasn't great and was expensive. Would very happily stay again but would eat out elsewhere.

Long wait for breakfast items and not self serve on hot counter. Bowls of hot food were small and not replenished soon enough. They should have replacements ready to go out as soon as needed. Having said that it was tasty. Decor oppressive in dining area and dated. Corridors need updating

This is the third time we’ve been here and can’t fault it. Rooms spacious and always clean, good location to walk to beach and staff always helpful and pleasant. Breakfast lovely great selection of hot and cold food. we’ll be back!

That we arrived early and although expected to wait for our room, did not expect people arriving after us to get theirs when it was first come first served, this is my only issue to report as everything else was good.

Megan, she was lovely and we had arrived early, we had sat and waited at the bar for 3 hours, checking with the gitl on reception if the room was ready and told it wasn't. Once Megan knew we were staying and had been asking about our room she explained its first come first served. 4 other groups had been given rooms, they arrived after us. Megan dealt with this and within 20 minutes we had our room which we really appreciated Megan's input. The staff on breakfast were all lovely too.

Can see the hotel is being renovated. The bathroom has black mould on ceiling can do with a lick of paint

Room was too hot so had to leave window open, but woken at crack of dawn with noisy seagulls. Don't need that amount of heat during the night. Also, think a wee shortbread or other biscuit on the coffee/tea tray would have been nice and a socket for the kettle, situated at the kettle. For the price of the room, the bathroom tiles could do with refreshing.. looks a bit dated and tired. Chair at dressing table very basic and badly stained. Needs a clean.

No iron or iron board in the room. We had to ask reception twice for this. Also no fridge. The room was nice but the bathroom could do with a facelift. It was also very small. Carpets and walls of the lobby were extremely run down, maybe this could be the hotels next investment.

I loved the size of the room and the complimentary robes & slippers. The view was also amazing - we were in a sea front privileged room. The location of the hotel was great. Plenty round about. The breakfast was also really great, we were pleasantly surprised.
