Slight issue with the lifts. There are no buttons inside lift, so lots of comedy moments getting out at wrong floors

The lifts take a bit of getting used to, especially at busy times when different buttons are pressed for different floors. We were on floor 6, on one occasion we went up to 3 then back down to 2 then 1 then 0. We decided to get out and try again!😂

Very good rooms, well decorated and comfortable. Grahamston bar is nice. Good selection at breakfast. Great location next to Central Station.

The only drawbacks I could see were lack of space to store clothing and the very bizarre elevator situation. You had to pressure your floor before you got on the elevator and then watch for which elevator to get on. I found myself endlessly explaining to people how they worked as they couldn’t figure out why the elevators weren’t stopping on their floors. There is work being done on the elevators currently. Hopefully that problem will be resolved, but a simple sign on the elevator doors would help. I did overhear the staff pointing out this situation to people checking in, but I really don’t think people were understanding what they needed to do. The property itself made up for this.

The decor of this hotel was beautiful, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was well laid out, and the breakfasts were excellent. Great location.

Only negative is the ncp car park you use for hotel it is disgusting really really filthy to the point I would never use car park again it’s a real let down to the raddison blues standards

The breakfast was superb! The staff were great- really helpful. I think the lady on reception was called Michelle. Helped us with advice to get too and from a concert at Hampden Park as well as where to eat and park locally. Even gave us ponchos incase it rained! It was a special occasion for us- we received special chocolates. Made us feel very welcome.

Was surprised with the scuff and scrape marks on the wooden surrounds to door and skirting. Could so easily be rectified - made the room feel tired

We had great service from Michelle at reception who was so helpful & made us feel very welcome. We did have breakfast one morning which was very good & visited the bar where they were very helpful & efficient.

This option shouldn't be here for this hotel.

We will keep coming back here. Everything from the exceptional staff to the unbelievable corner suite we had. The breakfast was filled with everything you could want. My wife was sick in the morning we were here, and the staff were more than understanding when I informed them of where they were sick. Anytime we stay in Glasgow, we will be back here. 10 out of 10. Thank you for the great stay :)
