We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFire alarms going off 4 times in the middle of the night due to a guest smoking in their room... not really the hotel's fault. The only other thing I wanted to suggest was some more pillow options like Marriot.
Comfortable, good-sized family rooms with nice clean bathrooms. Breakfast served for a good length of time with some lovely fresh fruits and scrumptious a-la-carte options. Courteous front desk staff.

Great location for Heathrow airport, welcoming environment, comfortable, two bars and restaurants serving good food. Staff professional friendly and accommodating. There is now use of pool and spa facilities but unfortunately didn’t have time to use them. There is also a small gift/souvenir shop so if you’ve forgotten that last minute gift for someone you might just find something here.

Easy check in. Brilliant gentleman helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure, gave us helpful tips about getting to terminal and called a cab so it was ready with luggage loaded when we came down! Very much appreciated, thank you - and so sorry but we didn’t catch his name.
