We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Easy check in. Brilliant gentleman helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure, gave us helpful tips about getting to terminal and called a cab so it was ready with luggage loaded when we came down! Very much appreciated, thank you - and so sorry but we didn’t catch his name.

NetherlandsThe overal look and maintenance of the rooms was quite old. Carpet needed to be replaced. Black spots on the ceiling. Bathroom was old too. Didn't feel like a luxury hotel. One of the key cards didn't work on the door. And one of the elevators was broken so used the staircase sometimes, which smelled really bad.
The entrance/lobby is really nice. The 'outside' room with the waterfall is also beautiful. And the gym/spa is a really nice addition. Bed was very comfortable too. And the breakfast was great!

Friendly and professional staff The Hotel is close to Heathrow Airport My food in the bar was excellent, my husband’s chicken salad was average, prices are as you’d expect near the airport and in quality Hotel. Sadly, the bar is VERY noisy with loud music and lots of voices. I think a conference was underway during our stay and they were enjoying pre dinner drinks. Soft music would make it a more comfortable space. Room was comfortable and clean Very comfortable king bed, high quality sheets, pillows and doona. Decent sized room Not keen on shower over bath but we were provided with a clean non slip mat which made it easier.

MauritiusWe had an express booking since our flight was delayed till the next day. Whilst the staff was charming on the front desk, it was disappointing to be checking into a dirty hotel room. The staff tried their best to immediately sort it out though and we obtained a different room. The facilities are great, especially the US 110V socket. The TV is not a smart one. There's only a youtube app in a hidden menu. We appreciated the hand soap and shower gel which was of great quality. The breakfast was filling and reached our expectations with their swift service.
