Noise coming out of the ceiling AC duct I reported to the staff but unfortunately it’s not fixed. Noise coming from other rooms bathrooms, shower is not draining correctly which result accumulation of water, they need to work on that.

Clean, comfortable bed and equipped with all required facilities. Staff was great And location is excellent which close to many attractions and transportation stations.

Plumbing was loud.

Rooms were nice. Staff was very helpful and gave me a nice room. Also a short walk to tube on Tottenham Ct Rd and quiet at night. Great gym as well with treads, spin bikes, free weights and machines.

Room was quite small. Requested twin beds but they weren't available. No feminine hygiene bags.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Breakfast good but felt the choice of hot food was limited. Maybe because we didn't go to breakfast until an hour before they finished. Iron and ironing board in the room. Bed very comfortable. Lovely big towels! Great location for theatres.

To request housekeeping was confusing, I was told a few conflicting instructions and therefore our room was not made up for a few days including garbage removal. When I called housekeeping when we returned from our day out on Saturday I was told they left at 5pm on Saturdays. I did request fresh towels which were brought up quickly. Showerhead was low and too short for my 6 foot 2 inch husband to shower comfortably. Not the hotels fault but Canadian dollar to British Pounds exchange rate made the hotel room very expensive.

The location was perfect to walk to most of the area sights and shopping. Staff were pleasant and always helpful. Lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated.

Whilst lovely and clean and with comfortable beds, the room had the most basic, utilitarian, dark feel almost to the point of being 'grim'. For the price bracket - and judging by the beautiful entry areas - I would have expected better. It didn't particularly matter to us as we were only staying for one night to go to the theatre, but I wouldn't want to stay in that room for a relaxing break. There was also quite inappropriate photographic art on the wall (burlesque/nudity).

Absolutely beautiful restaurant where we (unexpectedly) decided to stay to eat for pre-theatre dinner. The following morning, breakfast was also superb with really different and healthy options.

The only thing (but it was really minor) is that you can hear guests next door when they talk outside. I would also mention the relatively high price, but I guess in this criteria , those are the prices in London.

The hotel has a nice design at the entrance level. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was clean and neat. The room had all needed for our stay. Location is in a central area so we walked a lot.

Nothing at all, the room issue was sorted to our entire satisfaction.

This was our second visit to this hotel as we stayed here last year. We like the location, close to theatre land etc and easy to get to other places of interest in the city. Last time we had a really nice superior room and for this visit we booked the same class of room. However, the room we were presented with was only suitable for single occupancy, the shower room was exceptionally small. there was only one small window looking out onto an internal courtyard with scaffold etc. We went to reception to check if we had been allocated the correct room and the member of staff dealing with our inquiry was excellent in sorting this for us, realising that the room was not of a standard that we had reserved, she showed us 2 alternatives which were far more suitable and we chose one of these, so a satisfactory outcome which we were happy with. The breakfast choice is extensive and really good.
