Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomUnclear parking prices. We phoned a few weeks prior to query parking prices and were told one figure, then close to check in we were emailed a different figure. Upon arrival, there are signs outside the hotel that suggested using a parking app, which again showed completely different prices to what we were previously told. We then went to the front desk where the staff told us to enter our details into a tablet/ipad which sorted the parking. Whilst we were grateful for this, there was nothing to imply that this was what we needed to do, which was worrying as we could have easily paid an incorrect amount (or via an incorrect method) if we did not go inside and ask at the desk. It was all very confusing.
Rooms were large, clean spacious and comfortable - arguably nicer than some hotels I've stayed at on holiday! Restaurant had nice food and quick service. Very close to terminal 2 with a walkway to the terminal, and an easy drive to the long-stay multi story carpark. Staff were helpful.

United KingdomThe prices in the shop are ridiculous! Makes Service stations look cheap wish I was joking when I say that. The window ledge in the room 846 is damaged from water ingress you can feel a draft and see water stains
Clean welcoming and spacious, I liked the free water and fruit and also the boiled sweets. The lift was always available. Shop in reception and bar and restaurant onsite. Almost entirely an Undercover walk to our terminal 3 it took just 10 minutes. We were upgraded from a superior room to premium as we had booked a room with runway view but the first room we were given was not so I recommend checking the room you were given is correct to what you booked. The premium room with runway view was great, the bed is huge.

CanadaThe restaurant staff could have been more engaged. I had fish and chips -- the fish was excellent but the chips, surprisingly, were only so-so.
The breakfast was great -- a bit expensive, but a hungrier person than I would have easily got their money's worth. The dinner was also very good. Excellent vegetables. The location at the airport, right beside the train station is perfect for a stay after a long intercontinental flight. Check-in was pleasant and quick.
