Bed wasn't an actual King size, like too many hotels these days, it was two beds connected to make one, so the middle parted slightly when sleeping. Price needs to come down a bit if it's not actually in Belfast City Centre like Booking.com says.

Room was like a sauna and the quilt was too heavy resulting in not a great nights sleep. My husband turned heating down and cooler on but still very stuffy. But that's a personal thing preference

I understand that alterations at the hotel were ongoing. But 8.30 am in the morning, hearing drilling and banging wasn't very pleasant when you're supposed to be on holiday . We booked breakfast for our first morning at the hotel when we checked in on Sunday evening. We paid for the breakfast in full. When we arrived at the breakfast area on Monday morning, our room number wasn't added to the breakfast list. We were let in the breakfast area but felt uncomfortable about the situation. We had to ask the staff if it was recorded we had paid for the breakfasts. Furthermore nobody gave us any information on the set up of the breakfast. From this experience, we didn't book any more breakfasts at the hotel. Returning room keys to check out, the reception lady was really helpful and friendly.

Nice comfortable bed, good size room. The bathroom was clean. Some of the reception staff were really helpful and friendly 😀 . There is plenty of space in the room. Good location, 10 minutes walk into the city centre.

A few hiccups - that will surely be worked through with experience. Room wasn’t made up during stay - didn’t matter for our 2 night stay but would have expected more. Lots of work being done in the hotel and no advanced notification provided

Location is good for seeing Belfast, slightly outside centre but easy walking distance to most attractions. Staff were very attentive and friendly

Lots of work going on so didn’t look very welcoming. Food menu was shortened due to this. Bathroom sink was blocked so we took the plug out but because this was filthy, when the water finally drained, it left all dirt and grime in the sink.

Fairly close to the city centre. Really comfortable beds. Spacious room. Breakfast was nice.

The breakfast. All the hot food on the buffet breakfast was not warm, we thought maybe the first morning because of the time but on the Monday morning it was the same not warm at all.

Bar & cafe/restaurant area was closed for renovation work. A temporary bar was operating via a hatch with a very limited selection. The restaurant was also operating via a temporary room with a limited menu. We stayed here for the Belfast Marathon, but the only problem was that the Pasta dishes were removed from the menu 🙁 If we had known of the renovation works and temporary situations, we would have booked somewhere else. Nice to see the hotel being refreshed though.

The staff were nice, the location was good. The room was clean. Breakfast options were very good. The dinner food (with limited menu) was very nice! The waitress from Slovakia is a very helpful and nice lady!

The staff were amazing and very helpful, the location was perfect. The location was lovely too. There was construction work going on nearby but this didn’t disturb us at all. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious with a fantastic choice. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and our room had not yet been done. We can’t wait to see it once the work is complete.

Undergoing major renovation works. Renovating rooms on the same floor so very noisy and dusty. Rubbish lying in corridors. Rooms definitely in need of an upgrade hence all the work. £200 room only was excessive. Didnt eat at hotel. Restaurant being updated so it was a makeshift side room if you wanted to dinner/breakfast.

Good location and parking facilities. Severina and Dagmar were particularly helpful on check in and when we were at the bar. A room upgrade was also a nice and welcome surprise. I would stay in this hotel again.

There was no full length mirror or small table and chair. It was like my room wasn’t fully finished. The bar was under renovation which we were not told in advance.

The bathroom required a deep clean. The under sink which was visible from shower and main floor were particularly dirty. The provision of toiletries was poor considering the cost of the stay. The shower was old, dirty and poor quality.

I appreciate the hotel is undergoing renovations but certain aspects of the rooms are run down, especially the bathroom.
