More attentive staff. Seemed to be very distracted talking to one another and not assisting guests in the lobby. Self check-in/out is great but the human interaction was lacking.

The only downside to my stay at the Radisson Red was the musty smell in the room, which was a bit off-putting. It detracted from the otherwise comfortable and modern experience.

Radisson Red's proximity to Heathrow Airport made it incredibly convenient for travel. The modern decor and comfortable rooms provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long flight.

Surprisingly difficult to get to and from without ordering an Uber. There is a bus service, but neither frequent, nor comfortable.

No shampoo or soap. Received after npifying the desk. Room wasn too warm and AC not adjustable. London was warm. There is very little staff at desk. Those there were very helpful

The ability to have access to city taxis and not just uber. Hoppa bus was good for the last pick up to the airport but it was also the last drop off from the airport and on a hot day the bus was not very comfortable

A few minutes from the Terminals. Transfer buses were efficient. Bar meal was tasty, I had butter chicken. Great selection for breakfast too.

You had to pay for the terminal shuttle which for 3 of us was more expensive than a taxi. Although we were leaving at 5am

You can pay to park your car for the duration of your holiday which works out much cheaper (we thought) than parking at Heathrow airport. It had an (albeit dated) gym and pool

We were on the top floor and there was noise from the air con or something on the roof all night so difficult to sleep. Also very long queues to check in as the automotive system would not work. Also parking more expensive than advertised in car park

I stayed there for one night to catch an early flight from Heathrow the next morning. At check-in, I had to queue for 10 minutes, which almost made me miss my swim. The checkout also had a long wait, indicating there was definitely not enough staff.

The room was spacious and clean. A nice bonus was the swimming pool; however, it wasn’t clearly communicated that the pool is not available 24/7

Good location for Heathrow Airport. And still quiet despite the proximity. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable bed & spacious room. Good sized, modern bathroom with overhead rain shower. Large breakfast selection.

housekeeping cannot clean to save their lives. All they did was just make the bed . Dust was everywhere , I had to wipe the surfaces and mirrors every single day because my husband is allergic to dust. They did not sweep nor empty the bins for us.Picture attached, dust that could not be avoided.
