Prices at the restaurant were a bit exorbitant and the breakfast buffet was disappointing (cold scrambled eggs, same with many of the other hot items). Crowded in the buffet area as well.

Quiet for a hotel on airport grounds. Comfortable bed and good shower.

The size of the groups within. I think I must have been about 30th in the queue. It went from the hot plate through the restaurant and out into the corridor.

The staff were very accommodating, the room was exactly what we ordered.

Air con didn't work. had to ask staff to unlock the windows which they did, however, that made for a couple of very noisy nights sleep being so close to the airport!! fridge didn't work parking was poor & had to park in a non parking area.

Great venue, breakfast was very good with a fantastic choice. bar area was very relaxing.

Was double booked for the room and unable to get a rebate for the room that I didn't stay in. Had difficulty locating staff to assist and finally manager spoke to me and told me outside of hotel control and booking.com should refund me rather than the hotel as I had booked with them.

Check in was tedious as some machines were faulty and thanks to staff member who assisted me and got Checked in.

The steak I ordered was cooked how I like it but was bland and not seasoned well. I really liked the potatoes( definitely seasoned) and the old fashioned was on point at the restaurant in the hotel.

The art work throughout the hotel and in our room was wonderful. Staff helped with everything from checking in to the time the shuttle comes for the airport in the morning to other dinner locations if we didn't want to eat at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Expensive, inflated prices. Lack of gluten free options. No tea at breakfast. Poorly sign posted facilities and have to walk through bar to get to saunas etc. Pay for lockers in changing rooms. The sauce on our meal was straight out of a fridge.

Fire alarm kept going off, room was insanely hot no matter what the temperature was set at. To assist with this, they had us sign a waiver to open the window which didn’t help that much, but did make it awkward as the enormous window had to swing into the room and be propped open.

Fun decor, great layout for a family of 3. Staff was nice.

We arrived rather late and had to call and wait for someone to unlock the beds. Our air conditioner didn’t work and someone had to come open the widows. The room never did cool down and the parking lot lights shone in the room all night

For some reason, it took them 2 weeks and a lot of energy from me to finally issue me an invoice and receipt.

We travelled with both our kids of 15 and 12 - we took the king room with bunk beds and it was very good value for the money. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed, included USB charging point so you don't necessarily need a UK outlet converter. There an automatic point to reserve your ride for the next day back to the airport where you can pay in advance. If you are a more than a couple, it's probably worth to take a taxi to get there instead of using the shuttle.

The only thing was the lighting was poor. Very hard to see at night and could do with a central lampshade fitting.
