Sadly whilst everything else was fantastic, the 'hot' breakfast service was very slow. A lot of guests taking breakfast at the same time, seemed to grind everything to a halt. A hot buffet option would be preferable if service cannot be quickened.

The room was huge with great views over the river. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Evening meals available till late which was well received.

Room was a little bit hot temperature wise to have a decent night's sleep. Fan wouldn't stay on, kept turning off. Only negative we have to say, this would not stop us from returning.

Using the lifts wasn't easy as kept going past our stop 3 times going up and down we ended up having to use the stairs

I booked a twin superior room. I arrived a bit early but the room was ready as I had checked in on-line, again specifying a twin. The receptionist was friendly and told me that if I found that the room wasn't a twin, she could get the beds separated. It wasn't a twin so I phoned down to request that they were separated. She suggested that it would be done while we were out at the concert to avoid inconvenience to us. I reminded the reception as we left. On return, it wasn't sorted. We ended up with a poor lady from housekeeping having to separate and make up the beds at 11pm at night. She was great about it BUT it shouldn't have been necessary. This is basic for a hotel.

I was travelling with a friend to attend a concert at the Ovo Stadium so this hotel is the ideal location with only a 5 minute walk to the venue. Our room was bright and modern and very clean. We ate in the restaurant before the concert and the service was fast and efficient and the food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful (though not always efficient!) and the housekeeper who sorted our bed problem (see what we didn't like) was cheerful despite it being very late at night. I left my phone charger and the hotel had a good "lost" service and it's being returned. This is not the cheapest hotel due to its location but it was generally good, bar their inability to deliver twin beds without much chasing.

The room could do with a little refresh, quite a few marks on the walls and a broken hook on the wall. The breakfast (omlette) took 35 minutes to come out and was very over cooked and crumbly, so I couldn't eat it. But I had no time to wait for anything else unfortunately.

Great location for taking my son to a concert at the hydro, good sized room. Having a table in the room is great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all very friendly also.

We didn't have any instant coffee or teabags in our Room 208.but it did have a coffee machine but no coffee pods in the drawer!!! Possibly an oversight in housekeeping.

Hotel Staff were all lovely. They couldn't do enough for you. We attended the Boogie Brunch. Alcohol was a bit pricey £40 for a bottle of Prosecco (wow) £16.50 for a large glass of Whispering Angel Rose Wine (wow)
