The food at the breakfast buffet should be added quicker or just put larger quantities of each, for example the cheese was never sufficient, have a coffee machine available and not being served all the time.

The whole experience was outstanding. The staff went over and beyond to make sure my niece and her future husband had a beautiful stay. A BIG big thank you to Niki (day shift reception) for everything she put in place for them it was very much appreciated. The room upgrade was amazing, and they didn't want to leave loool. I would highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel, and you will definitely see us again soon. THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️

Nothing! It could not have been any better!

Well located 9 mins from underground and local shop. Perfectly located for going to the O2. Beautiful hotel. Staff were really friendly and attentive. We got a free upgrade because our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and were completely blown away by the upgraded room. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was incredible, really big and there was a separate shower and bathtub.

A few staff could have been more communicative and engaging with customers. Reception good but some bar restaurant staff found it difficult to engage and exchange "small talk".

Facilities, location, services . Courtesy transfers to canary wharf useful. Dinner service good pleased with quality of food.

Nothing it was just perfect paid for a view room with bathrobes slippers etc which wasn’t included in the room when got in there couldn’t find someone to ask guy behind reception seemed very bogged down and busy felt bad approaching him to ask for the items

Clean beautiful building so spacious and open really welcoming breakfast was perfect just a good start to the day. View was stunning facilities was great

Its not actually near the o2 arena! Its not walking distance at all. Its about 1/1.5 hrs walk to o2 arena and 15 mins drive. Have to book a cab going to o2 arena and to the hotel which is another expense. Walking distance if i can walk through water lol.

As mentioned above some polite staff and some rude staff.

Did not have breakfast, room was nice and little touches like ice in the corridor. Bottled water in the room and scales in the bathroom. We were very pleased some staff were nice some were rude just nodding head when you asked them a question. At one point we were totally ignored by reception staff as he went over to help Colleague with another customer and totally ignored us. We went over to the other table and asked the question and were able to go on our way after 10 minutes of being ignored.

The only thing that let the property down was the broken window handle and also the bath handle fell off seemed like these things needed sorting a while ago and hasn’t been

Nothing to be dissatisfied with tried to book an extra day but there were no rooms available for a temporary booking. Sauna too small for this big hotel.

It's very clean and the facilities are new and the front desk is very helpful and problem solving.

This was our first time in London. We could not recommend this hotel enough. Great location, able to catch the underground to different parts of London. Great affordability. Hotel was clean and comfortable. It has everything you require, including a umbrella which was great with the change in weather. We were also upgraded to guests of the day which was a bonus and made our stay!
